Claims (9)
- 죽엽차를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,죽순이 성장한 후의 대잎을 채취·선별하여 2-3cm의 크기로 절단하고 이를 세척하는 공정과,절단 및 세척된 대잎을 100-120kgf/cm2 압력의 증기로 2-3분동안 증제하여 냉풍건조로 1분 30초간 식히는 증제공정과,증제된 대잎을 50-70℃의 열풍으로 15분동안 조유처리하여 대잎의 수분함량이 45중량%가 되도록 하는 조유공정과,조유된 대잎을 상온에서 20-25분 동안 유념하는 유념공정과,유념된 대잎을 35-45℃의 열풍으로 15-25분 동안 처리하여 대잎의 수분함량이 35중량%가 되도록 하는 중유공정과,중유된 대잎을 35-55℃의 열풍에서 15-25분간 덖어 이물질과 가루를 재거하는 재건공정과,재건된 대잎을 건조기에서 60-70℃의 열풍으로 20-30분간 건조하여 대잎의 수분함량이 7중량%가 되도록 하는 건조공정과,건조된 대잎을 가향기에서 70℃에서 10-15분, 다시 85-90℃에서 20분간 덖어 건조한 후, 냉각하여 포장하는 가향공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죽엽차 제조방법
