Claims (18)
- 양극, 음극 및 비수성 전해질을 구비하고, 상기 음극은 리튬을 흡장ㆍ방출하는 활성 물질 박막을 집전체 상에 설치한 전극이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 그의 두께 방향으로 형성된 갭에 의해 기둥형으로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 기둥형 부분의 바닥부는 상기 집전체와 밀착되어 있는 전극인 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 비수성 전해질은 2종 이상의 용매로 이루어지는 혼합 용매를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 용매의 구성 성분으로서 적어도 에틸렌 카르보네이트가 포함되어 있으며, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 비정질 박막 또는 미세 결정 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수성 전해질을 구비하고, 상기 음극은 리튬을 흡장ㆍ방출하는 활성 물질 박막을 집전체 상에 설치한 전극이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 그의 두께 방향으로 형성된 갭에 의해 기둥형으로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 기둥형 부분의 바닥부는 상기 집전체와 밀착되어 있는 전극인 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 비수성 전해질은 2종 이상의 용매로 이루어지는 혼합 용매를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 용매의 구성 성분으로서 적어도 에틸렌 카르보네이트가 포함되어 있으며, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 비정질 박막 또는 미세 결정 박막이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막의 갭은 상기 활성 물질 박막의 두께 방향으로 연장되는 저밀도 영역을 따라 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수성 전해질을 구비하고, 상기 음극은 리튬을 흡장ㆍ방출하는 활성 물질 박막을 집전체 상에 설치한 전극이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 그의 두께 방향으로 형성된 갭에 의해 기둥형으로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 기둥형 부분의 바닥부는 상기 집전체와 밀착되어 있는 전극인 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 비수성 전해질은 2종 이상의 용매로 이루어지는 혼합 용매를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 용매의 구성 성분으로서 적어도 에틸렌 카르보네이트가 포함되어 있으며, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 비정질 박막 또는 미세 결정 박막이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막에 상기 집전체의 성분이 확산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 용매가 환상 카르보네이트와 쇄상 카르보네이트를 포함하고, 환상 카르보네이트는 에틸렌 카르보네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수성 전해질을 구비하고, 상기 음극은 리튬을 흡장ㆍ방출하는 활성 물질 박막을 집전체 상에 설치한 전극이고, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 그의 두께 방향으로 형성된 갭에 의해 기둥형으로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 기둥형 부분의 바닥부는 상기 집전체와 밀착되어 있는 전극인 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 비수성 전해질은 2종 이상의 용매로 이루어지는 혼합 용매를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 용매의 구성 성분으로서 적어도 비닐렌 카르보네이트가 포함되어 있으며, 상기 활성 물질 박막은 비정질 박막 또는 미세 결정 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 용매가 환상 카르보네이트와 쇄상 카르보네이트를 함유한 혼합 용매이고, 환상 카르보네이트로서 비닐렌 카르보네이트가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 쇄상 카르보네이트로서 디에틸카르보네이트가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해질 중 용질이 LiXFy(식 중, X는 P, As, Sb, B, Bi, Al, Ga 또는 In이고, X가 P, As 또는 Sb일 때 y는 6이고, X가 B, Bi, Al, Ga 또는 In일 때 y는 4임)와, 리튬퍼플루오로알킬술폰산이미드 LiN(CmF2m+1SO2)(CnF2n+1SO2)(식 중, m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 4의 정수임) 또는 리튬퍼플루오로알킬술폰산메티드 LiC(CpF2p+1SO2)(CqF2q+1SO2)(CrF2r+1SO2)(식 중, p, q 및 r는 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 4의 정수임)와의 혼합 용질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성 물질 박막이 CVD법, 스퍼터링법, 증착법, 용사법 또는 도금법에 의해 형성된 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성 물질 박막이 비정질 실리콘 박막 또는 미세 결정 실리콘 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체가 구리, 니켈, 스테인레스, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 및 탄탈로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체의 표면 조도 Ra가 0.01 내지 1 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체가 동박인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 동박이 전해 동박인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 환상 카르보네이트가 비닐렌 카르보네이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 쇄상 카르보네이트가 디에틸카르보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 확산된 상기 집전체의 성분이 상기 활성 물질 박막 중에서 상기 활성 물질 박막의 성분과 금속간 화합물을 형성하지 않고 고용체를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
