Claims (12)
- 금속제 부품 본체의 적어도 슬라이딩면에, 용제에 가용성이며 또한 에폭시 수지 이상의 내열성을 갖는 수지의 실란 변성 수지의 피막을 형성한 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 변성 수지의 피막에는 고체 윤활제가 함유되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 변성 수지는 알콕시실릴기 또는 아릴옥시실릴기를 갖는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 ~ 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 변성 수지는 폴리아미드이미드의 실란 변성 수지인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 ~ 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 변성 수지는 에폭시 수지의 실란 변성 수지인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 ~ 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 변성 수지는 폴리이미드의 실란 변성 수지인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 ~ 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 압축기의 슬라이딩 부품인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 사판식 압축기의 사판인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 압축기의 슈인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 압축기의 구동축을 지지하는 미끄럼 베어링인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 피스톤식 압축기의 구동축에 일체적으로 형성되며, 구동축과 동기회전함으로써 압축실과 흡입 압력 영역 사이의 가스 통로를 개폐 가능하도록 구성되고, 또한 상기 구동축을 상기 압축기의 하우징에 회전 가능하도록 지지하는 로터리 밸브인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 부품은 피스톤식 압축기의 피스톤인 슬라이딩 부품.
