- 하기 화학식의 플루오로케미칼 벤조트리아졸.식중, Rf는 CnF2n+1-(CH2)m-(여기서, n은 1 내지 22이고, m은 0 또는 1 내지 3의 정수임)이고;X는 -CO2-, -SO3-, -CONH-, -O-, -S-, 공유 결합, -SO2NR- 또는 -NR-(여기서, R은 H 또는 C1 내지 C5 알킬렌임)이고;Y는 -CH2-이고, z는 0 또는 1이고;R1은 H, C1-C5 알킬 또는 Rf-X-Yz-이고,단, X가 -S- 또는 -O-이고, m이 0이고, z가 0인 경우, n≥7이고, X가 공유결합인 경우, m 또는 z는 1 이상이다.
