Claims (13)
- 제 1 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극에 접속하여 이루어진 스위칭 소자와, 상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 발광층이 형성되어 이루어진 발광 소자와, 복수의 상기 발광 소자에 의해 형성되어 이루어진 유효 발광 영역과, 상기 유효 발광 영역의 외측에 형성되어 이루어진 더미 영역을 구비하여 이루어진 발광 장치로서,상기 더미 영역에는 상기 발광 소자를 구성하는 적어도 1개의 기능층이 배치되고, 상기 기능층의 주위에는 절연부가 설치되며,상기 절연부의 아래쪽에 상기 스위칭 소자를 주사하는 주사 신호를 공급하는 주사선이 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주사선과 상기 절연부 사이에는 복수의 층간절연층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은 적어도 상기 유효 발광 영역과 상기 더미 영역을 피복하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 발광층이 형성되어 이루어진 복수의 발광 소자에 의해 형성되어 이루어진 유효 발광 영역과,상기 유효 발광 영역의 외측에 형성되어 이루어진 더미 영역을 갖고,상기 유효 발광 영역에는 상기 복수의 발광 소자의 각각을 구동하기 위한 화소회로가 설치되고,상기 더미 영역에는 상기 발광 소자를 구성하는 적어도 1개의 기능층이 배치되고, 상기 기능층의 주위에는 절연부가 설치되며,상기 절연부의 아래쪽에는 상기 화소회로에 주사 신호를 공급하는 주사선의 일부가 형성되고,상기 주사선에 대하여 교차하여, 상기 화소회로에 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위한 신호선이 형성되며,상기 신호선과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에는 적어도 층간절연층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 화소회로를 통하여 상기 화소회로에 대응하는 상기 발광 소자에 구동 전력을 공급하는 전원 배선을 더 포함하고,상기 전원 배선은 상기 주사선과는 상이한 층에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,적어도 상기 유효 발광 영역 내에 배치되는 상기 전원 배선은 상기 주사선과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전원 배선과 상기 주사선 사이에는 층간절연층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.

- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 형성된 발광층을 포함하는 발광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자를 구동하기 위한 화소회로가 복수 형성되어 이루어진 유효 발광 영역과,상기 유효 발광 영역의 외측에 형성되어 이루어진 더미 영역과,상기 화소회로에 주사 신호를 공급하기 위한 주사선과,상기 화소회로에 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 신호선을 포함하고,상기 더미 영역에는 상기 발광 소자를 구성하는 적어도 1개의 기능층이 배치되고, 상기 기능층의 주위에는 절연부가 설치되며,상기 주사선의 일부분은 상기 더미 영역에 설치되고, 또한 상기 더미 영역에 설치된 상기 절연부에 의해 상기 제 2 전극으로부터 이간되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
