- 압전 기판;표면 탄성파의 전파 방향을 따라서 순차적으로 배열되고, 상기 압전 기판 위에 형성되는 제1, 제2 및 제3 IDT;상기 제1과 제3 IDT에 접속되어 있는 불평형 신호 터미널; 및상기 제2 IDT의 대향하는 양끝에 접속되어 있는 제1 및 제2 평형 신호 터미널로 구성되는데,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 IDT는 각각 표면 탄성파의 전파 방향에 수직하는 방향의 양끝에 위치하는 제1과 제2 단부를 가지며, 상기 제1 IDT의 제1 단부와 제3 IDT의 제2 단부는 상기 불평형 신호 터미널에 각각 전기적으로 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1 IDT의 제2 단부와 상기 제3 IDT의 제1 단부는 접지 전위에 각각 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 평형 신호 터미널에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 IDT가 짝수의 전극 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 IDT는 표면 탄성파의 전파 방향에 수직인 방향을 따라서 나뉘어진 복수의 IDT 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 직렬 및 병렬 중 적어도 하나로 상기 표면 탄성파 필터에 접속되어 있는 적어도 하나의 표면 탄성파 공진기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압전 기판의 끝 부분에 제공되는 반사기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.

- 압전 기판;상기 압전 기판 위에 형성되고, 표면 탄성파의 전파 방향을 따라서 순차적으로 배열되는 제1, 제2 및 제3 IDT;상기 제2 IDT에 접속되어 있는 불평형 신호 터미널; 및상기 제1과 제3 IDT에 각각 접속되어 있는 제1 및 제2 평형 신호 터미널로 구성되는데,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 IDT는 각각 표면 탄성파의 전파 방향에 수직하는 방향의 양끝에 위치하는 제1과 제2 단부를 가지며, 상기 제1 IDT의 제1 단부와 제3 IDT의 제2 단부는 제1 평형 신호 터미널에 각각 전기적으로 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1 IDT의 제2 단부와 상기 제3 IDT의 제1 단부는 제2 평형 신호 터미널에 각각 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 평형 신호 터미널에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 IDT가 짝수의 전극 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 IDT는 표면 탄성파의 전파 방향에 수직인 방향을 따라서 나뉘어진 복수의 IDT 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 직렬 및 병렬 중 적어도 하나로 상기 표면 탄성파 필터에 접속되어 있는 표면 탄성파 공진기를 적어도 하나 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 압전 기판의 끝 부분에 제공되는 반사기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.

- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 IDT의 표면파 전파방향 양측에 형성된 한 쌍의 IDT들을 더 구비하고, 상기 한 쌍의 IDT가 불평형 신호단자에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 탄성파 필터.
