Claims (4)
- 베이스 보디와,상기 베이스 보디의 수직축에 대하여 회전 가능하게 장착된 회전 테이블과,상기 베이스 보디의 수직 방향으로 상기 회전 테이블의 회전 중심축에 대하여 회전 가능하게 지지된 테이블 회전 구동축과,상기 테이블 회전 구동축에 고정된 회전 구동 디스크와,일단이 회전 구동 디스크에 형성된 맞춤 구멍에 끼워 넣어지고 타단이 상기 회전 테이블에 형성된 맞춤 구멍에 끼워 넣어지며, 상기 회전 구동 디스크가 이를 통하여 상기 회전 테이블과 결합되는 복수의 토크 전달 핀 및,상기 테이블 회전 구동축에 연결되어 상기 테이블 회전 구동축을 구동하는 테이블 회전 구동 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계용 회전 테이블 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테이블 회전 구동 기구는 외부 베이스에 위치한 전기 모터를 포함하고,무단(endless) 타이밍 벨트를 통해 상기 전기 모터의 출력축에 부착된 제 1 타이밍 풀리가 상기 테이블 회전 구동축에 부착된 제 2 타이밍 풀리에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계용 회전 테이블 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전 테이블은 오일 정압 베어링에 의해 오일 정압 미끄럼(sliding) 상태로 상기 베이스 보디에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계용 회전 테이블 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오일 정압 베어링은래디얼(radial) 정압 지지부와상부 스러스트 정압 지지부와,상하 방향으로 등을 맞대고 대향 배치된 하부 스러스트 정압 지지부를 구비하며,상기 오일 정압 베어링은 회전 유지 모드와 클램프 모드를 가지며,상기 회전 유지 모드에서는 유압을 생성하는 오일이 상하 스러스트 정압 지지부 모두에 공급되고,상기 클램프 모드에서는 유압을 생성하는 오일이 상하 스러스트 정압 지지부 중 어느 하나에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계용 회전 테이블 장치.
