Claims (5)
- 애노드, 상기 애노드 상부에 형성된 홀 수송층, 상기 홀 수송층 상부에 형성된 발광층 및 상기 발광층 상부에 형성된 캐소드를 포함하며,상기 발광층과 캐소드 사이에 BaTiO3을 함유하는 전자주입층이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광소자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자주입층의 두께가 5 내지 20Å 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애노드와 홀수송층 사이에 홀주입층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층과 전자주입층 사이에 전자수송층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
