Description
Claims (11)
- 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)를 연결함으로써 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)의 통로를 서로 연통시키는 매니폴드의 접속기구(10)에 있어서,상기 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)의 일단부측에 형성된 체결홀(34a, 34b)에 삽입되어 상기 매니폴드(12a, 12b)를 체결하는 접속핀(14)과,상기 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)의 타단부측에 형성된 체결돌출부(36a, 36b)에 체결되는 접속플레이트(16)와,상기 매니폴드(12a, 12b)의 상기 일단부측의 유체포트(22)에 상기 접속핀(14)를 개재시켜 착탈이 자유롭게 장착되는 조인트부재(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조인트부재(24)에는 상기 접속핀(14)이 상기 체결홀(34a, 34b)에 삽입됨으로써 상기 조인트부재(24)가 축선방향으로 변위하는 것을 방지하는 환상오목부(60)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속핀(14)은 단면이 "U"자형으로 형성되며, 한쌍의 선단부(66a, 66b)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속플레이트(16)에는 서로 접근하는 방향으로 경사지게 절곡된 한 쌍의 절곡부(69a, 69b)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접속플레이트(16)의 상기 한 쌍의 절곡부(69a, 69b)는 상기 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)에 설치된 상기 한 쌍의 체결돌출부(36a, 36b)의 체결홈(71a, 71b)에 각각 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방의 매니폴드(12a)의 측면에는 돌출부(38, 40)가 형성되고, 상기 타방의 매니폴드(12b)의 상기 돌출부(38, 40)와 대치하는 위치에는 삽입홀(46, 48)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(38)에는 관통홀(50)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 돌출부(38)가 상기 삽입홀(46)에 삽입될 때, 상기 관통홀(50)이 타방의 매니폴드(12b)의 상기 체결홀(34a)의 축선과 동축상에 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(38)에는, 상기 돌출부(38)가 상기 삽입홀(46)에 삽입되고 상기 접속핀(14)이 상기 체결홀(34a)에 삽입될 때, 선단부(66b)가 삽입되는 관통홀(50)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방 및 타방의 매니폴드(12a, 12b)의 본체에는 소정의 깊이만큼 오목하고 상기 체결홀(34a, 34b)까지 연재되는 각각의 홈부(35a, 35b)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 홈(35a, 35b)에는 상기 체결홀(34a, 34b)에 삽입되는 상기 접속핀(14)의 접속부(65)가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조인트부재(24)는 상기 조인트부재(24)의 일단부에 형성되고 튜브에 삽입되는 튜브삽입부(62)와, 압력유체가 공급되는 연통로(64)로 이루어지며, 상기 조인트부재(24)의 타단부는 상기 유체포트(22)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매니폴드 접속기구.
