Claims (10)
- 전자밸브(12)가 일체로 연결되는 매니폴드(10)에 있어서,유체통로가 형성된 본체(14)와,상기 전자밸브(12)의 압력하에 압력유체의 급배기를 행하는 포트부재가 삽입되고, 상기 전자밸브(12)가 연결되는 상기 본체(14)의 연결면에 형성되는 포트장착부와,상기 본체(14)에 장착되고, 상기 본체(14)의 연결면과 실질적으로 평행하게 변위자재하게 설치된 체결수단을 구비하며,상기 체결수단의 변위작용하에 상기 체결수단을 상기 포트부재에 체결시킴에 따라 상기 전자밸브(12)가 상기 포트부재를 통해 상기 본체(14)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은 상기 본체(14)의 길이방향을 따라 변위자재하게 설치되는 스토퍼부재(16)를 가지며, 상기 스토퍼부재(16)는상기 스토퍼부재(16)의 일단부에 형성되고, 상기 본체(14)의 외부에 노출되는 압압부(54)와,상기 포트부재가 삽입되는 체결홀(56)과,상기 포트부재쪽으로 돌출되고, 상기 체결홀(56)내에 형성되는 제1 돌출부를 구비하며,상기 압압부(54)의 압압작용하에 상기 스토퍼부재(16)가 변위함에 따라 상기 제1 돌출부가 상기 포트부재에 돌출된 제2 돌출부와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼부재(16)는 스토퍼부재(16)가 변위하도록 가압하는 박판 스프링 아암(50)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼부재(16)는 박판 스프링 아암(50)을 갖는 플레이트를 포함하며, 상기 스토퍼부재(16)는 상기 본체(14)의 연결면에 근접하여 실질적으로 평행하게 형성된 장착홀(40)을 따라 변위자재하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 아암(50)은 파형형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 아암(50)은 파형형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포트부재는 전자밸브(12)의 접속부(26)를 포함하며, 상기 접속부(26)는 가스켓(24)이 장착된 유체통로(68a, 68b, 68c)를 갖는 것을 특 징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼부재(16)는 상기 본체(14)에 형성된 장착홀(40)에 설치된 한 쌍의 체결편(44a, 44b)에 의해 체결되는 체결부(42)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 체결홀(56)은 제1 홀부(58), 제2 홀부(60), 제3 홀부(62)와, 제1 및 제2 홀부(58, 60) 사이에 형성된 한 쌍의 제1 돌기편(64a, 65b)및 제2 및 제3 홀부(60, 62) 사이에 형성된 한 쌍의 제2 돌기편(66a, 66b)을 포함하는 제1 돌출부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 돌기편(64a, 64b)과 제2 돌기편(66a, 66b)은 스토퍼부재(16)의 축에 직교하는 방향으로 서로 대향하는 장방형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 돌출부는 단면이 실질적으로 원호형상이고 외주면에 형성된 제1 플랜지부(70)와, 단면이 실질적으로 장방형상이고 상기 포트부재의 외주면에 형성된 제2 플랜지부(72a, 72b)와, 단면이 실질적으로 활모양이고 상기 포트부재의 외주면에 형성된 제3 플랜지부(74a, 74b)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
