Description
Claims (27)
- 표시영상의 평균휘도에 대응하는 휘도정보를 얻는 회로와,표시휘도를 억제하는 휘도억제회로로 이루어진 영상표시제어장치로서,상기 휘도정보는, 입력영상신호에 대한 휘도조정처리, 색도조정처리, 윤곽강조처리 및 문자정보합성처리 중 적어도 하나와 감마처리에 의하여 얻은 영상신호에 의거하며,상기 휘도억제회로는, 휘도정보에 의거하여 검출된 화면전환과 휘도정보에 응답하여 표시휘도를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화면전환이 검출되지 않는 경우, 상기 휘도억제회로는 표시휘도를 서서히 변화하도록 제어하고, 화면전환이 검출되는 경우, 화면전환이 검출되지 않는 경우보다 표시휘도를 더욱 신속하게 변화하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 휘도억제회로는, 화면전환이 검출되지 않는 경우, 시간의 함수로서 상기 표시휘도를 선형적으로 변화하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화면전환은 주목하는 프레임의 평균휘도와 그 직전의 프레임의 평균휘도와의 차이에 의거하여 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화면전환은 평균휘도의 2차 미분치에 의거하여 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 입력영상신호의 성분 신호마다 평균휘도의 변화량을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,표시수단의 표시영역을 분할함으로써 얻은 복수의 영역마다의 평균 휘도가 검출되고, 복수의 영역마다 화면전환이 복수의 영역마다 평균휘도에 의거하여 검출되며, 표시영역 전체에 대한 화면전환은 복수의 영역에 대해서 화면전환을 결합함으로써 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 기재된 영상표시 제어장치와,열 배선 및 행 배선을 통하여 접속된 복수의 전자방출소자와,전자방출소자에 의해 방출된 전자빔에 의하여 영상을 표시하는 형광체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 휘도억제회로는 영상신호의 휘도성분을 변화시킴으로써 휘도를 억제하\는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상표시 제어장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 휘도억제회로는 전자방출소자의 구동전압을 변경함으로써 휘도를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 휘도억제회로는 전자방출소자에 의하여 방출된 전자를 가속하는 가속전압을 변경시킴으로써 휘도를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
