Claims (7)
- 카고탱크 내에서 발생하는 저장중의 액화천연가스의 보일 오프 가스를 압축기를 거쳐, 상기 카고탱크의 압력을 제어하는 카고탱크의 압력제어장치에 있어서,상기 압축기는 직렬로 접속된 2 대의 압축기로 이루어지며, 상기 압축기의 하류측에서, 상기 카고탱크의 상류측 위치에 재액화 장치를 배열설치하고, 상기 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스를 상기 재액화 장치에 의해 완전히 액화하여, 기액 분리하지 않고 바로 상기 카고탱크로 되돌리도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 운반선에서의 카고탱크의 압력제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카고탱크의 하류측 위치에는, 상기 재액화 장치로의 보일 오프 가스의 공급온도를 일정하게 유지하는 미스트 세퍼레이터가 배열설치되어 있고, 이 미스트 세퍼레이터는 상기 압축기의 입구부 및 출구부의 각각에 접속되고, 또한 상기 재액화 장치의 출구부에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 운반선에서의 카고탱크의 압력제어장치.
- 카고탱크 내에서 발생하는 저장중의 액화천연가스의 보일 오프 가스를 압축기를 거쳐 소각처리 시스템에 공급하고, 상기 카고탱크의 압력을 제어하는 카고탱크의 압력제어장치에 있어서,상기 카고탱크의 하류측에 제 1 및 제 2 압축기를 병렬적으로 배열설치하고, 상기 제 1 압축기의 하류측에 상기 소각처리 시스템을 배열설치함과 동시에, 상기 제 2 압축기의 하류측에서, 상기 카고탱크의 상류측 위치에 재액화 장치를 배열설치하고, 상기 제 2 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스를 상기 재액화 장치에 의해 액화하고, 다시 상기 카고탱크로 되돌리도록 구성하고, 상기 카고탱크의 하류측 위치에는 상기 재액화 장치로의 보일 오프 가스의 공급온도를 일정하게 유지하는 미스트 세퍼레이터가 배열설치되어 있고, 이 미스트 세퍼레이터는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 압축기의 입구부에 접속되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 제 2 압축기의 출구부에 접속되고, 또한 상기 재액화 장치의 출구부에 접속되어 있는 한편, 상기 카고탱크의 입구부와 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터의 출구부 사이에는 리턴펌프가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 운반선에서의 카고탱크의 압력제어장치.

- 카고탱크 내에서 발생하는 저장중의 액화천연가스의 보일 오프 가스를 압축기를 거쳐, 상기 카고탱크의 압력을 제어하는 카고탱크의 압력제어방법에 있어서,상기 압축기의 하류측에서, 상기 카고탱크의 상류측 위치에 배열설치한 재액화 장치와, 상기 카고탱크의 하류측 위치에 배열설치한 미스트 세퍼레이터를 사용하고, 이 미스트 세퍼레이터를 거쳐 상기 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스를 상기 재액화 장치에 의해 액화하고, 다시 상기 카고탱크로 되돌리는 한편, 상기 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스의 일부를 상기 카고탱크로부터 증발하는 상기 보일 오프 가스와 혼합하면서 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터에 공급함과 동시에, 상기 재액화 장치를 거친 재액화액의 일부를 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터내에 분무하고, 이 분무한 재액화액에 의해 상기 압축기 및 상기 카고탱크로부터 공급된 보일 오프 가스를 냉각하여 상기 재액화 장치로의 보일 오프 가스의 공급온도를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 운반선에서의 카고탱크의 압력제어방법.
- 카고탱크 내에서 발생하는 저장중의 액화천연가스의 보일 오프 가스를 압축기를 거쳐 소각처리 시스템에 공급하고, 상기 카고탱크의 압력을 제어하는 카고탱크의 압력제어방법에 있어서,상기 카고탱크의 하류측에서 상기 소각처리 시스템이 접속되는 제 1 압축기에 대하여 병렬적으로 배열설치한 제 2 압축기와, 이 제 2 압축기의 하류측에서, 상기 카고탱크의 상류측 위치에 배열설치한 재액화 장치와, 상기 카고탱크의 하류측 위치에 배열설치한 미스트 세퍼레이터와, 상기 카고탱크의 입구부 및 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터의 출구부 사이에 설치한 리턴펌프를 사용하여, 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터를 거쳐 상기 제 2 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스를 상기 재액화 장치에 의해 액화하고, 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터 및 상기 리턴펌프를 거쳐 다시 상기 카고탱크로 되돌리는 한편, 상기 제 2 압축기로부터 배출된 상기 보일 오프 가스의 일부를 상기 카고탱크로부터 증발하는 상기 보일 오프 가스와 혼합하면서 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터에 공급함과 동시에, 상기 재액화 장치를 거친 재액화액의 일부를 상기 미스트 세퍼레이터내에 분무하고, 이 분무한 재액화액에 의해 상기 제 2 압축기 및 상기 카고탱크로부터 공급된 보일 오프 가스를 냉각하여 상기 재액화 장치로의 보일 오프 가스의 공급온도를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 운반선에서의 카고탱크의 압력제어방법.
