Claims (3)
- 계통의 현재 상태를 감시하여 수요 전력량을 출력하는 계통 감시 장치와,발전 비용의 총합이 최소로 될 것을 요구하는 평가 함수를 상기 수요 전력량과 공급 전력량의 총합이 동등하게 될 것을 요구하는 수급 밸런스 제약을 고려하여 풀어서, 발전기의 출력을 소정 간격마다 결정하는 발전기 출력 최적화부를 구비하되,이 발전기 출력 최적화부는 발전기의 변화 속도 상한값에 근거하여 결정되는 AFC 용량 제약을 더 고려하여 상기 평가 함수를 푸는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 제어 장치.
- 계통에 접속하는 선로의 개폐 상태를 감시하여 현재 계통 상태를 출력하는 계통 감시 장치와,상기 선로의 개폐 예정을 나타내는 선로 작업 계획을 출력하는 선로 작업 계획 조정 장치와,상기 현재 계통 상태와 상기 선로 작업 계획을 이용하여 장래 계통 상태를 작성하는 계통 단면 작성 수단과,상기 계통 단면 작성 수단에 의해 작성되는 계통 단면마다 상기 선로의 조류 감도를 산출하는 감도 산출 수단과,대상으로 되는 복수의 발전기의 발전 비용의 총합이 최소로 될 것을 요구하는 평가 함수를, 각 선로에 상한값을 초과해서 송전되는 경우가 발생하지 않을 것을 요구하는 조류 제약을 포함시켜 풀어서, 소정 간격마다 발전기의 출력을 결정하는 발전기 출력 최적화부를 구비하여 이루어지되,상기 조류 제약은 조류 감도를 이용하여 표시되고, 상기 발전기 출력 최적화부는 이 조류 감도로 상기 감도 산출 수단에 의해 산출되는 조류 감도를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발전기 출력 최적화부는 평가 함수를, 대상으로 되는 발전기의 출력의 총합이 연료 소비 목표량과 동등하게 될 것을 요구하는 연료 소비량 제약을 포함시켜 푸는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 제어 장치.
