Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 전기화학적 활성소자(2)와 접속기(1)가 교대로 스택상 배열로 이루어지고, 상기 접속기(1)는 열교환기로서 형성되며, 공기측과 가스측으로 분리하는 기저체(3)를 가지고, 그 열팽창은 주로 기저체에 의해서 결정되며, 상기 기저체의 양측면에 각각 설치되어, 전기화학적 활성소자에 따라서 공기와 연소가스의 운반 및 전기전도와 열전도를 위한 구조층(4, 5)을 가지고, 상기 기저체의 열팽창은 상기 활성소자의 열팽창과 실질적으로 같은 평면 고온 연료셀전지에 있어서,상기 각 기저체는 공기열교환기로서 형성되고, 그 표면에 산소존재시 상기 전지의 동작조건하에서 영구 산화막을 형성하는 물질로 구성되고, 상기 구조층(4)은 기저체를 접속점(43)에서의 산화물 형성에 대해 보호하는 방법으로 기저체의 공기측에서 기저체에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항에서,상기 기저체(3)의 물질은 고온에 대해서 저항성이 있는 합금으로, 알루미늄 및/또는 실리콘을 포함하고, 상기 산화막은 산화알루미늄 또는 산화실리콘으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 공기측에 배치된 구조층(4)이 기저체(3)에 납땜되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 공기측에 배치된 구조층(4)이 각각 릴리프구조를 가진 박막금속시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제4항에서,상기 릴리프구조가 노브형상 구조소자 및/또는 빗형상 구조소자를 포함하고, 이들 각각은 중심면의 양쪽에서 규칙적으로 배열된 돌출부(42, 43)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제4항에서,상기 공기측에 배치된 구조층(4)은 외측에 산화크롬의 유리에 대한 장벽(barrier)을 형성하는 도전성 보호층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 가스측에 배치된 구조층(5)은 격자의 형태로 구성되거나 또는 다공성 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제7항에서,전기화학적 활성요소가 각각 가스측에 배치된 구조층에 부착되고, PVD 또는 VPS 공정으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 스택상 배열이 실질적으로 중심에 대칭의 구조를 가지고, 중심축 분배기(distributor)(7)가 연료가스를 위해 설치되고, 공기공급점(6)이 기저체(3)의 주변에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 스택상 배열은 실질적으로 평행육면체의 형태의 구성을 가지고, 분배기(7)가 연소가스의 배열의 한쪽에 배치되며, 공기공급점(6)이 상기 가스분배기의 반대쪽에 배치되어 공기(60)가 상기 기저체(3)에서 상기 가스의 흐름(71)과 반대방향으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 기저체(3)의 물질은 철의 합금이고, 다음과 같은 조성물(중량% 임)a) 22% Cr/5∼8% Al/잔부는 Fe,b) 13∼15% Cr/3.5∼5% Al/잔부는 Fe,c) 3∼5% Si/3∼5% Cr/잔부는 Fe, 또는d) 2∼4% Si/8∼12% Cr/잔부는 Fe중 하나에 따라서 알루미늄, 크롬 및 철, 또는 실리콘, 크롬 및 철을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 기저체(3) 물질의 열팽창 계수는 전기화학적 활성극판(2)과 최대 3·10-6K-1 정도 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 가스측에 배치된 구조층(5)이 릴리프 구조를 가진 박막 금속시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 가스측에 배치된 구조층(5)이 금속펠트, 금속펠트부 또는 도전성 세라믹 포움(foam) 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 고온 연료셀전지.
