Description
Claims (14)
- 제1 불연속 반응 단계에서 1분 내지 20시간의 체류 시간 동안 60℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 (A) 불포화 C4-디카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체와 (B) 질소 공여 화합물을 반응시켜 (A) 및 (B)의 1종 이상의 저분자량 반응 생성물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 제조하고, 계속해서 제2 반응 단계에서 상기 반응 혼합물을 연속 작동되는 반응기내로 연속적으로 공급하여 반응 혼합물을 140 내지 350 ℃의 온도에서 처리하여 숙시닐 반복 단위를 가지며 분자량이 Mw > 1300인 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 불연속 반응 단계에서 반응물 A로서 말레산 무수물, 말레산 또는 그의 혼합물을 사용하고 반응물 B로서 암모니아를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 반응 단계를 80 내지 150℃의 온도에서 1분 내지 20시간의 체류 시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 반응 단계의 중합을 120 내지 350℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 반응 단계를 딜레이 튜브, 고점성 반응기, 건조기, 캐스케이드 교반조, 박막 증발기 또는 마이크로파 장치에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 반응 단계를 다상 나선형 튜브에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 반응 단계의 중합을 생성 중합체가 개방쇄 숙시닐 단위를 가지도록 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 반응 단계에서 제조한 중합체에 대해 계속해서 가용매 분해를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가수분해 후에, 생성 중합체가 본질적으로 아스파라긴산 반복 단위를 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물을 제거하면서 중합하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최종 생성물이 본질적으로 숙신이미드 반복 단위를 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체를 가수분해하여 본질적으로 아스파라긴산 반복 단위를 가지는 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 반응물 (A) 및 (B) 0.1 내지 99.9 몰%, 및b) 추가 성분인 지방산, 지방산 아미드, 다염기성 카르복실산, 그의 무수물 및 아미드, 다염기성 히드록시카르복실산, 그의 무수물 및 아미드, 폴리히드록시카르복실산, 아미노카르복실산, 당-카르복실산, 알코올, 폴리올, 아민, 폴리아민, 알콕실화 알코올 및 아민, 아미노-알코올, 아미노-당, 탄수화물, 에틸렌계 불포화 모노- 및 폴리-카르복실산 및 그의 무수물 및 아미드, 단백질 가수분해물, 예를 들면 옥수수 단백질 가수분해물 및 콩 단백질 가수분해물, 아미노술폰산 및 아미노포스폰산 99.9 내지 0.1 몰%를 주요 반응물 중 하나와 혼합하여 제1 반응 단계에서 혼합물로서 사용하거나, 제2 반응 단계를 수행할 때 열중합용 반응기 내에 도입시 성분 b)의 화합물을 반응 혼합물에 첨가하거나, 제1 반응 단계에서 성분 b)의 화합물을 주요 반응물 a)와 동시에 계량하는 방법.
