Description
Claims (10)
- 기판 위에 주사선과 신호선이 매트릭스 형상으로 형성되고 상기 주사선과 상기 신호선의 교차점의 근방에 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 가지는 액티브 패트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로에 있어서,구동 전원에 접속된 정전류원과;상기 정전류원에 직렬로 배치된 제 2스위칭소자와;상기 제 2스위칭소자에 직렬로 배치된 발광소자와;상기 정전류원에 직렬로 배치되고 발광소자에 전기적으로 병렬로 배치된 제 1스위칭소자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1스위칭소자는 소스 전극, 드레인 전극 및 게이트 전극의 세 개의 전극으로 구성된 제 1박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 주사선에 접속된 게이트 전극, 신호선에 접속된 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는 제 2박막 트랜지스터와, 제 1메모리용량으로 구성되는 메모리 회로를 부가하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 주사선과 신호선으로부터의 정보에 의해 상기 제 1스위칭소자에 흐르는 전류와 상기 발광소자에 흐르는 전류량을 제어함으로써, 상기 발광소자의 온-오프 상태를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자의 온-오프 제어에 의해 발광시간을 제어함으로써, 계조 표시를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 주사선과 신호선으로부터의 정보에 의해 상기 제 1스위칭소자에 흐르는 전류량과 상기 발광소자에 흐르는 전류량을 제어함으로써, 상기 발광소자의 발광 휘도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2스위칭소자를 절환해서, 발광소자의 온-오프 상태를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 제 2스위칭소자는 소스 전극, 드레인 전극 및 게이트 전극의 세 개의 전극으로 구성된 제 3박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 제 4박막 트랜지스터와 제 2메모리용량을 포함하는 제 2메모리 회로를 부가하여 포함하고, 상기 메모리 회로의 출력은 상기 제 3박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 발광소자의 구동회로.
