Claims (5)
- 합성 수지로 이루어진 중공 실린더형 투명 기판;표면 저항이 2 ×106 Ω/square 이하이고, 상기 기판의 외측 표면 상에 제공된 전기 전도성층;상기 전기 전도성층 위에 위치한 감광성층; 및상기 감광성층을 형성시킬 때 사용되는 용매에 대한 내성이 있고, 상기 기판의 내측 표면 상에 제공된 보호층을 포함하는 내부 조사 전자 사진용 광전도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 합성 수지 기판이 폴리페닐렌 술피드, 폴리카르보네이트, 포화 폴리에스테르, 폴리메틸펜텐, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리노르보르넨 및 비결정성 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수지를 포함하는 내부 조사 전자 사진용 광전도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 합성 수지 기판이 불소 수지 코팅된 표면을 갖는 다이로 압출된 것인 내부 조사 전자 사진용 광전도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도성층이 산화인듐주석 및 산화주석으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 투명 전기 전도성층인 내부 조사 전자 사진용 광전도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층이 산화인듐주석, 산화주석 및 실리콘 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 내부 조사 전자 사진용 광전도체.
