Claims (8)
- 회전판과 이송장치에 레일을 부착하므로 고정 및 유동이 가능한 기판과;지지대에 의해 경사조절이 가능하며 패턴에 따라 1~100개가 설치되는 잉크젯 헤드와;상기 잉크젯 헤드 안에 잉크를 기판 위에 일시에 분사하기 위한 유동 가능한클리닝 장치를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 1~100개의 잉크젯 헤드의 노즐 플레이트는 패턴 피치(pitch)에 맞게 패널에 평행하게 임의의 각도로 틸팅이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 임의의 각도로 틸팅이 가능한 것은 얼라인먼트 시스템이 CCD 카메라가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 CCD 카메라는 아래에서 위를 향에 있으며, 두 개의 CCD 카메라로 구성되어, 하나는 첫 노즐을 다른 하나는 끝 노즐을 얼라인 할 수 있게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 고정된 간격을 설치된 두 개의 CCD 카메라는 움직임 시스템을 통하여 다수의 잉크젯 헤드 모두를 확인할 수 있으며, 실시간 모니터링이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 클리닝 장치는 패턴 작업 공정이 모두 끝나면 헤드 클리닝 및 잉크 공급 공정으로 돌아가는 순환식 프로세서로 와이핑으로 기계적으로 간단히 닦아주는 공정과 노즐에서의 막힘 현상을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제작을 위한 잉크젯 도포 장치
