Claims (13)
- 적어도 몰리브덴 및 A 원소(A는 인 및 비소 중의 하나 이상의 원소)를 함유하는 침전물을 제조하는 방법으로서,알칼리 금속 화합물의 존재하에, 당해 침전물의 구성 성분을 함유하는 혼합액의 pH를 6.5 이하로 되도록 하여 조침전을 생성시키고 여과하는 제1 공정 및당해 조침전을 암모니아수에 용해시킨 다음, 수득된 용액의 pH를 6.5 이하로 되도록 하여 당해 침전물을 생성시키고 여과하는 제2 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 공정 후에 또는 제2 공정 후에 또는 제1 공정 후와 제2 공정 후에 0.01몰/L 이상의 암모늄근(根: root)을 함유하는 pH 6.5 이하의 산성 수용액을 사용하여, 제1 공정에서 수득된 조침전 또는 제2 공정에서 수득된 침전물 또는 이들 둘 다를 세정함을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 공정에서 수득된 침전물을 세정하여 수득된 세정 후 침전물에 함유된 염소가 A 원소 1몰에 대하여 0.10몰배 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 공정에서 수득된 침전물을 세정하여 수득한 세정 후 침전물에 함유된 나트륨이 A 원소 1몰에 대하여 0.10몰배 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침전물의 구성 성분에 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소가 함유된 경우, 제1 공정에 앞서서, 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 실질적으로 제거함을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침전물의 구성 성분을 함유하는 혼합액이, 반응에 사용한 적어도 몰리브덴, A 원소 및 Z 원소(Z는 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소)를 함유하는 촉매를 물에 분산시키고, 알칼리 금속 화합물과 암모니아수 중의 하나 또는 둘 다를 가한 것임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응에 사용한 적어도 몰리브덴, A 원소 및 Z 원소를 함유하는 촉매가, 메타크롤레인의 기상 접촉산화에 의한 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 적어도 몰리브덴 및 A 원소(A는 인 및 비소 중의 하나 이상의 원소)를 함유하는 침전물을 산성 수용액을 사용하여 세정하는 공정을 포함하는, 침전물의 제조방법에 있어서,당해 산성 수용액의 pH가 6.5 이하이며 0.01몰/L 이상의 암모늄근을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 침전물이, 반응에 사용한 적어도 몰리브덴, A 원소 및 Z 원소(Z는 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소)를 함유하는 촉매로부터 유래한 것임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 반응에 사용한 적어도 몰리브덴, A 원소 및 Z 원소를 함유하는 촉매가, 메타크롤레인의 기상 접촉산화에 의한 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매임을 특징으로 하는, 침전물의 제조방법.
- 알칼리 금속 화합물의 존재하에 적어도 몰리브덴 및 A 원소를 함유하는 혼합액의 pH를 6.5 이하로 되도록 하여 조침전을 생성시키고 여과하는 제1 공정,당해 조침전을 암모니아수에 용해시킨 다음, 수득된 용액의 pH를 6.5 이하로 되도록 하여 침전물을 생성시키고 여과하는 제2 공정 및당해 침전물을 사용하여 촉매를 제조하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 1의 몰리브덴계 촉매의 제조방법.화학식 1AaMobVcCudDeYfZgOh위의 화학식 1에서,A는 인 및 비소 중의 하나 이상의 원소이며,D는 안티몬, 비스무스, 게르마늄, 지르코늄, 텔루륨, 은, 셀레늄, 규소, 텅스텐 및 붕소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며,Y는 철, 아연, 크롬, 마그네슘, 탄탈, 망간, 코발트, 바륨, 갈륨, 세륨 및 란탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며,Z는 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며,a는 0.5 내지 3이며,b는 12이며,c는 0 내지 3이며,d는 0 내지 3이며,e는 0 내지 3이며,f는 0 내지 3이며,h는 각 원소의 원자가를 만족시키는 데 필요한 산소의 원자비율이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제1 공정 후에 또는 제2 공정 후에 또는 제1 공정 후와 제2 공정 후에 0.01몰/L 이상의 암모늄근을 함유하는 pH 6.5 이하의 산성 수용액을사용하여 제1 공정에서 수득한 조침전 또는 제2 공정에서 수득한 침전물 또는 이들 둘 다를 세정함을 특징으로 하는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 촉매가 메타크롤레인의 기상 접촉산화에 의한 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매임을 특징으로 하는, 촉매의 제조방법.
