Claims (21)
- 가교제의 존재하에 전단력을 이용하여 가공함으로써 생중합체를 가소화하고, 생중합체는 히드록실계 용매에 용해 또는 분산되는 것이 특징인 생중합체 나노입자(nanoparticles)를 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생중합체는 전분 또는 전분 유도체이거나, 또는 50% 이상의 전분을 함유하는 중합체 혼합물인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가교제는 디알데히드 또는 폴리알데히드, 특히 글리옥살인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 과정은 40∼200℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100 J/g 이상의 기계 에너지 입력에 해당하는 전단력을 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생중합체는 가공 과정에서 건조 물질 함량이 50 중량% 이상인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 과정은 압출을 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 과정에서 생중합체의 중량을 기준으로 글리세롤 등의 부가적인 가소제 5∼40 중량%가 존재하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 과정에서 생중합체의 중량을 기준으로 말레산, 옥살산 또는 구연산 등의 산 0.01∼5 중량%가 존재하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가공 과정에서 생중합체의 중량을 기준으로 아밀라제 등의 효소 0.01∼5 중량%가 존재하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가공 과정 후에, 생중합체는 4∼50 중량%의 농도로 수성 매질에 용해 또는 분산되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가공 과정 후에, 생중합체의 분산액은 추가로 가교되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 생중합체 나노입자.
- 평균 입자 크기가 400 nm 이하이고, 중량 평균 분자량 대 수 평균 분자량의 비(Mw/Mn)가 2 이하인 것이 특징인 전분 나노입자.
- 제1항에 기재된 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 분산액.
- 제14항에 기재된 가교된 전분 나노입자의 수중 분산액.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 10 중량% 농도에서의 점도가 186 s-1의 전단 속도에서 150 mPas 이하인 것이 특징인 분산액.
- 50% 이상의 전분을 함유하는 가교된 중합체의 압출물로서, 수성 매질에 침지시 팽창하고, 침지 후에 저 점성의 분산액을 형성하는 것인 압출물.
- 종이 및 판지 표면 처리용의 제13항에 기재된 생중합체 나노입자.
- 종이 및 판지 표면 처리용의 제15항 또는 제16항에 기재된 분산액.
- 종이 및 판지 표면 처리용의 제14항에 기재된 전분 나노입자.
