Claims (9)
- 상대방 동축 커넥터의 중심 접점이 삽입되는 오목부를 갖는 제 1 수지부재와,상기 제 1 수지부재와 대응하고 그와 함께 절연성 케이스를 구성하는 제 2 수지부재와,상기 절연성 케이스의 내측에 실장된 고정단자 및 가동단자와,상기 절연성 케이스의 외측에 실장되며, 또한 상기 상대방 동축 커넥터의 외부 도체와 전기적으로 접속되는 외부단자를 포함하며,상기 제 1 수지부재에, 상기 고정단자 및 가동단자를 각각 위치결정하는 리브(rib)를 형성하고,상기 고정단자에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 수지부재들 사이에 고정되게 끼워지는 고정부가 형성되고, 상기 고정부는 상기 제 1 수지부재 위에 형성된 적어도 하나의 리브 위에 일치하는 적어도 하나의 오목부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리브를 열변형시켜서, 상기 고정단자 및 가동단자를 상기 제 1 수지부재에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 돔(dome) 형상으로 열변형된 상기 리브가 상기 제 1 수지부재에 형성되며, 또한 역돔(reverse dome) 형상을 갖는 리브 릴리프부(rib relief portions)가 상기 제 2 수지부재에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정단자, 가동단자 및 외부단자는 금속으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수지부재는 상기 제 2 수지부재보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수지부재는 상기 제 2 수지부재 위에 상기 제 1 수지부재를 위치결정하기 위한 가이드 돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정단자는 상기 가동단자와 접촉하는 접촉부, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 수지부재들 사이에 고정되게 끼워지는 고정부, 그리고 실질적으로 L-형상의 구성을 갖는 리드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가동단자는 상기 고정단자와 접촉하는 가동 접촉부, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 수지부재들 사이에 고정되게 끼워지는 고정부, 그리고 실질적으로 L-형상의 구성을 갖는 리드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 상기 제 1 수지부재 위에 배치되는 리브들 위로 일치하는 오목부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커넥터.
