Claims (7)
- (a) 제 1 급 아민 및 제 2 급 아민 중 적어도 1 종에서 선택되는 2 관능성 아미노기와 제 3 급 질소 및 복소환상 질소 중 적어도 1 종에서 선택되는 질소함유기를 포함하는 질소함유화합물과, (b) 유기디이소시아네이트 및 (c) 모노 또는 디알킬모노아민, 알킬모노알콜, 유기모노이소시아네이트 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 우레아화합물을 폴리우레탄우레아 중합체에 대해 1 ∼ 15 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 우레아화합물이 하기 (1) 식 및 (2) 식으로 표시되는 우레아결합단위를 1 분자 중에 평균 4 ∼ 40 개를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 질소함유화합물이 피페라진 및 2 관능성 피페라진유도체의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물 (C) 이 유기모노이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단사(單絲)당 섬도(纖度)가 6 ∼ 33 의 데시텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열세트율이 50 % 이상이며, 180 ℃ 건열처리 후의 강도지지율이 50 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유.
- 수평균분자량 600 ∼ 5000 의 폴리알킬렌에테르글리콜에 과잉 몰의 유기디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 중간중합체와, 디아민화합물과 모노아민화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄우레아 중합체에 대해, 2 관능성 피페라진유도체, 유기디이소시아네이트, 유기모노이소시아네이트로부터 생성되는 우레아화합물을 1 ∼ 15 중량% 함유하는 아미드계 극성용매에 용해된 폴리우레탄우레아 용액을 건식방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성섬유의 제조방법.
