Claims (3)
- 다수의 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)을 가지며, 이 전자회로 성분의 동작상태는 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)의 각각에 인가될 소정 제어신호 또는 데이터 신호(6, 7, 8, 9)에 의해 소거상태로 전환될 수 있고, 이 소거상태에서 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)의 데이터 내용은 논리 제로값을 가지며, 이 경우 전체 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)을 시간적으로 연속으로 제어하기 위해서, 소거 후에 자발적으로 그리고 외부 클럭 공급에 관계없이 작동되는 제어회로(25)에는 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)의 수와 일치하고 직렬로 연속으로 접속된 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)가 제공되고, 각 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)는 제어 신호를 관련 회로 성분에 출력하기 위해 직접 선행하여 배치된 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)로부터 발생된 개방 신호(42, 43, 44, 45)에 의해서 활성화될 수 있거나 또는 구동될 수 있으며, 상기 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)는 관련 회로성분(2, 3, 4, 5)의 제어가 이루어진 후 그의 측에서 직접 뒤에 배치된 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)를 제어 또는 활성화하기 위한 개방 신호(42, 43, 44, 45)를 출력하도록 구성된 회로 장치에 있어서,- 상기 전자회로 성분은 한편으로는 레지스터(2) 및/또는 회로 엘리먼트(3)를 포함하고, 다른 한편으로는 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)를 포함하며,- 상기 레지스터(2) 또는 회로 엘리먼트(3)에는 개방 스테이지(26, 27)를 갖는 하나의 제 1 제어회로(25)가 할당되고, 상기 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)에는 상기제 1 제어회로(25) 뒤에 접속되고 개방 스테이지(28, 29)을 갖는 하나의 제 2 제어 회로(25a)가 할당되며,- 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)를 소거하기 위해 하나의 데이터 버스(20)가 제공되는데, 상기 데이터 버스에서는 데이터 내용을 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)내에 기록하기 위한 하나의 데이터 신호가 처리되며, 이 경우 제 2 제어회로(25a)의 활성화 후에는 제 1 제어회로(25)의 앞에 접속된 개방 스테이지(27)를 이용하여 상기 데이터 버스에 인가되는 논리 제로값이 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)내에 기록되고, 상기 방식으로 메모리 엘리먼트(4, 5)가 소거상태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)에는 두 제어회로(25, 25a)의 개방 스테이지(26, 27, 28, 29)가 각각 하나씩 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,전자회로 성분(2, 3, 4, 5)을 주소지정하기 위한 주소버스(18)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
