Claims (6)
- 압력/유량 제어밸브에 있어서, 제1 단부에 형성되는 이차 포트(30)를 구비하면서 원통형 형상을 갖도록 성형되는 제1 밸브바디(12),대체로 서로 수직한 방향에서 일체로 결합되는 두 개의 원통형 부재를 포함하고 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 회전 중심 둘레에서 회전가능하게 되는 제2 밸브바디(14),대체로 절곡된 L형 형상을 갖도록 성형되며 상기 제2 밸브바디(14)의 돌출부(16)의 회전 중심 둘레에서 회전가능하게 되는 제3 밸브바디(18),상기 제3 밸브바디(18) 내에 배열되고 튜브부재를 일차 포트(24)에 탈착가능하게 연결시키기 위한 튜브조인트가 제공되는 튜브조인트부(22),상기 일차 포트(24)와 연통되는 통로(54)를 관통하여 유동하는 압력유체를 조절하여 예정된 유량을 얻기 위해 상기 제2 밸브바디(14)내에 배열되는 유량조절부(36),상기 일차 포트(24)와 이차 포트(30) 사이의 연통이 가능하게 되도록 제1 연통통로를 개방/폐쇄시키기 위해 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 제1 단부측에 배열되는 밸브 개방/폐쇄부(32), 및상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 상기 유량조절부(36)로 지향되는 상기 압력유체만이 제2 연통통로를 경유하여 그리고 그 자신을 관통하여 유동되는 것을 허용하기 위해 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 제2 단부측에 배열되는 체크밸브부(35)를 구비하고;상기 밸브 개방/폐쇄부(32)는 제1 단부에서 테이퍼되는 횡간 단면이 형성되는 탄성부재(80)를 갖는 밸브플러그(82), 밸브플러그(82)와 일체적으로 변위되기 위한 패킹(90)이 설치되는 스템(86), 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 내부 벽표면 상에 형성되는 환형 돌출부(92)를 향하여 상기 밸브플러그(82)를 압압하기 위해 상기 스템(86)의 제1 단부에 고정되는 스프링 부재(76)를 포함하고;상기 밸브플러그(82)가 상기 스프링부재(76)의 탄성력의 작용에 따라 상기 환형 돌출부(92)상에 착지되었을 때 밸브 폐쇄상태가 주어지며, 상기 밸브플러그(82)가 파일럿 압력을 제공하기 위해 상기 일차 포트(24)로부터 공급되는 상기 압력유체를 사용하므로써 상기 스프링부재(76)의 상기 탄성력을 극복하면서 상기 환형 돌출부(92)로부터 격리되었을 때 밸브 개방상태가 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 포트(24)는 상기 튜브부재가 탈착가능하게 연결되는 상기 튜브조인트부(22)에 제공되며, 상기 튜브부재는 모든 방향에서 탈착가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 연통통로는 단면이 원호상으로 되어 있고, 상기 제2 연통통로는 단면이 반원상으로 되어 있으며, 상기 제1 연통통로와 제2 연통통로는 각각 직경방향으로 소정 거리만큼 떨어져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 압력/유량 제어밸브에 있어서, 이차 포트(30) 및 제2 유량조절부(264)를 갖는 제1 밸브바디(202),밸브 개방/폐쇄부(238) 및 제1 유량조절부(214)를 갖는 제2 밸브바디(204),일차 포트(24)를 갖는 제3 밸브바디(208)를 구비하고,상기 밸브 개방/폐쇄부(238)는 상기 일차 포트(24)와 상기 이차 포트(30)와의 연통로를 개폐하는 것이고,상기 제1 유량조절부(214)는 상기 일차 포트(24)로부터 상기 이차 포트(30)쪽으로 압력유체가 유통하는 것을 저지하는 제1 체크밸브(216)를 가지며, 상기 일차 포트(216)로부터 도입된 압력유체를 소정의 유량으로 조정하는 것이고,상기 제2 유량조절부(264)는 상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 상기 일차 포트(24)쪽으로 압력유체가 유통하는 것을 저지하는 제2 체크밸브(266)를 가지며, 상기 제1 유량조절부(214)를 통과한 압력유체를 다시 소정의 유량으로 조정하는 것이고,상기 밸브 개방/폐쇄부(238)와, 제1 유량조절부 및 제2 유량조절부(214, 264)는 상기 일차 포트(24)와 이차 포트(30)와의 사이에 각각 병렬로 연통접속되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 개방/폐쇄부(238)가, 상기 메인 밸브바디(204)에 설치되는 캡부재(236), 상기 캡부재(236)의 구멍(240)을 따른 슬라이딩 변위를 위한 밸브플러그(244), 상기 밸브플러그(244)를 그 상부에 착지시키기 위한착지부(246), 및 상기 착지부(246)를 향하여 상기 밸브플러그(244)를 압압하기 위한 스프링부재(250)를 포함하고, 상기 밸브플러그(244)의 슬라이딩 이동을 위한 상기 캡부재(236)의 상기 구멍(240)이 상기 착지부(246)의 직경과 대체로 동일하게 세팅되는 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 포트(24)는 튜브부재가 탈착가능하게 연결되는 튜브조인트부(22)에 제공되며, 상기 튜브부재는 모든 방향에서 탈착가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
