Claims (5)
- ピストンによって区画される第1エア室と第2エア室とを有するエアシリンダと、
前記ピストンの駆動工程と復帰工程とで切り換わる切換弁と、
前記第1エア室と前記切換弁間の第1流路と、
前記第2エア室と前記切換弁間の第2流路と、
を有するエアシリンダの流体回路であって、
前記第2流路に、2つの速度制御弁が直列に設置されており、
前記第1流路と前記第2流路との間に設けられたバイパス流路と、
前記バイパス流路と前記第1流路とが互いに接続された、前記第1流路の接続点から前記切換弁に向かうエアの流通を許容し、前記切換弁から前記第1流路の前記接続点に向かうエアの流通を阻止するチェック弁と、
を有する、エアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記駆動工程では、一方の前記速度制御弁のチェック弁と、他方の前記速度制御弁の可変絞り弁が前記第2流路を構成し、
前記復帰工程では、一方の前記速度制御弁の可変絞り弁と、他方の前記速度制御弁のチェック弁が前記第2流路を構成する、エアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1又は2記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記第2流路から分岐され、前記切換弁に向かう第3流路と、
前記第3流路に設けられ、前記第2流路側を入力とする外側チェック弁とを有し、
前記第3流路は、前記駆動工程において、前記第2流路から一部供給されたエアを貯留し、
前記第3流路は、前記復帰工程において、前記切換弁を介して、前記第2流路と前記第1流路を連通する、エアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1又は2記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記バイパス流路に介設される内側チェック弁及び内側パイロットチェック弁を備え、
前記内側チェック弁は、前記第2エア室から前記第1エア室に向かうエアの流通を許容すると共に、前記第1エア室から前記第2エア室に向かうエアの流通を阻止し、前記内側パイロットチェック弁は、前記第1エア室から前記第2エア室に向かうエアの流通を許容すると共に、パイロット圧が作用しないときは前記第2エア室から前記第1エア室に向かうエアの流通を阻止する、エアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記第1流路のうち、前記第1エア室寄りにタンク部が設けられている、エアシリンダの流体回路。
