Claims (7)
- 압력/유량 제어밸브에 있어서, 제1 단부에 형성되는 이차 포트(30)를 구비하면서 원통 형상을 갖도록 성형되는 제1 밸브바디(12),대체로 서로 수직한 방향에서 일체로 결합되는 두 개의 원통형 부재를 포함하고 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 회전 중심 둘레에서 회전가능하게 되는 제2 밸브바디(14),대체로 절곡된 L형 형상을 갖도록 성형되며 상기 제2 밸브바디(14)의 돌출부(16)의 회전 중심 둘레에서 회전가능하게 되는 제3 밸브바디(18),상기 제3 밸브바디(18)내에 배열되고 튜브부재를 일차 포트(24)에 탈착가능하게 연결시키기 위한 튜브 조인트가 제공되는 튜브 조인트부(22),상기 일차 포트(24)와 연통되는 통로(54)를 관통하여 유동하는 압력 유체를 조절하여 예정된 유량을 얻기 위해 상기 제2 밸브바디(14) 내에 배열되는 유량조절부(36),상기 일차 포트(24)와 연통되는 제1 연통통로를 경유하여 도입되는 상기 압력 유체의 압력을 조절하기 위해 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 제1 단부측에 배열되는 압력조절부(32), 및상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 상기 유량조절부(36)로 지향되는 상기 압력 유체만이 제2 연통통로를 경유하여 그리고 그 자신을 관통하여 유동되는 것을 허용하기 위해 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 제2 단부측에 배열되는 체크밸브부(35)를 구비하고;상기 압력조절부(32)가 착지부와 그 자신 사이의 틈새에 따라 상기 압력 유체의 상기 압력을 감소시키기 위한 밸브플러그(82), 상기 밸브플러그(82)와 함께 일체적으로 변위되기 위한 패킹(89)이 설치되는 스템(86), 및 상기 밸브플러그(82)를 제1 밸브바디(12)의 내부벽 표면에 형성되는 환형 돌출부(92)를 향하여 압압하기 위해 상기 스템(86)의 제1 단부에 고정되는 스프링 부재(76)를 포함하며;상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 안내되는 이차 압력이 상기 스프링부재(76)의 탄성력과 평형을 이룰 때 상기 밸브플러그(82)가 상기 착지부(94) 상에 착지되는 밸브 폐쇄상태가 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 포트(24)는 상기 튜브부재가 탈착가능하게 연결되는 상기 튜브 조인트부(22)에 제공되며, 상기 튜브부재는 모든 방향에서 탈착가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 연통통로는 단면이 원호상으로 되어 있고, 상기 제2 연통통로는 단면이 반원상으로 되어 있으며, 상기 제1 연통통로와 제2 연통통로는 각각 직경방향으로 소정 거리만큼 떨어져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스템(86)에 설치되는 상기 패킹(89)의 직경이 상기밸브플러그(82)를 위한 상기 착지부로서의 상기 제2 밸브바디(14)의 구멍(94)의 직경과 대체로 동일하게 세팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절부(32) 및 상기 체크밸브부(35)가 상기 제1 밸브바디(12)의 내부에서 축방향으로 대체로 동축적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 압력/유량 제어밸브에 있어서, 이차 포트(30) 및 유량조절부(210)를 갖는 제1 밸브바디(202),압력조절부(214)를 갖는 제2 밸브바디(204),일차 포트(24)를 갖는 제3 밸브바디(206)를 구비하고,상기 유량조절부(210)는 상기 일차 포트(24)쪽으로 압력유체의 유통을 저지하는 제1 체크밸브(212)를 가지며, 상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 도입된 압력유체를 소정의 유량으로 조정하는 것이고,상기 압력조정부(214)는 상기 이차 포트(30)쪽으로 압력유체의 유통을 저지하는 제2 체크밸브(216)를 가지며, 상기 일차 포트(24)로부터 도입된 압력유체를 소정의 압력으로 감압하여 상기 이차 포트(30)로부터 도출시키는 것이며,상기 압력조절부(214)와 상기 유량조절부(210)를 상호 연통시키는 연통통로(217)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 압력/유량 제어밸브.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 미터-아웃 제어 및 미터-인 제어중의 특정의 하나가 상기 제1 체크밸브(212)의 체킹방향을 변화시킴으로써 선택가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력/유량 제어밸브.
