Claims (3)
- 축방향으로 뻗은 슬롯이 내주측에 개구되도록 원주방향에 소정피치로 다수 설치된 원통상의 철심과, 절연피막을 피복한 도체가 소정의 슬롯수 마다의 슬롯에 순차적으로 삽입되어 웨이브와인딩으로 권장되어 되는 권선과, 슬롯의 각각에 슬롯내주형상을 따라 장착된 인슐레이터를 구비한 회전전기의 고정자에 있어서, 상기 도체는 그 슬롯 삽입부가 장방형의 단면형상으로 형성되어 있고, 각각의 슬롯내에는 슬롯삽입부가 절연성피막을 통하여 서로 밀착되게 슬롯 깊이방향으로 일렬로 나열되며 또한, 슬롯의 내측면으로부터 이간되어 다층으로 수납되고, 또 최심층의 상기 슬롯삽입부가 인슐레이터를 통해서 슬롯의 내저면에서 밀착되게 수납되며 또, 절연성수지가 슬롯삽입부와 슬롯의 내측면과의 극간에 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기의 고정자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 삽입부는 장방형 단면의 길이방향이 원주방향으로 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기의 고정자.
