Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the wetness of resin and to prevent the flowage of resin, by a method wherein a slot liner is formed by applying thermal pressure bonding to aromatic polyimide paper and laminated mica, and the slot liner is wound around coil bodies by placing the laminated mica outside. CONSTITUTION:Aromatic polyimide paper 11 and laminated mica 12 are stacked and formed in a body by thermal pressure bonding to make a slot liner material 5. The slot liner material 5 is wound around coil bodies 3a, 3b by placing the laminated mica 12 outside and impregnation treatment is applied to the whole part by using resin after arranging the coil bodies 3a, 3b in a core slot 2. In this way, as the laminated mica surface having the narrower contact angle of impregnated resin than the aromatic polyimide paper is faced to the slot wall side, the wettability of resin becomes good and the outflow of resin is prevented to produce no gap or the like.
