Description
Claims (9)
- 導線が巻き回されて形成された巻線コイルと、前記巻線コイルが収納されるスロットコアと、前記巻線コイルの周囲に配置されて主として無機材料で形成される第1の絶縁物と、前記第1の絶縁物と前記スロットコアの間に配置されて主として有機材料で形成される第2の絶縁物とで構成される固定子又は回転子を備えた回転電機において、
前記第1の絶縁物は、前記導線の表面を被覆する第1の無機絶縁物と、前記導線と巻き回れた前記導線との間を充塞し前記巻線コイルと前記第1の無機絶縁物とを内に包含する第2の無機絶縁物とを有し、
第1の無機絶縁物は、前記第2の無機絶縁物よりも緻密性が高く、
前記スロットコアと前記第2の無機絶縁物との間に、前記第2の絶縁物を配置したことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項1において、
前記第1の無機絶縁物及び前記第2の無機絶縁物は、セラミック、ガラス、セメント、マイカ、アルミナ、マグネシアのいずれかまたはいずれかの組合せにより形成されたことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項2において、
前記第1の無機絶縁物の厚みは、0.1mm以上かつ6mm以下とされたことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項1において、
前記第2の絶縁物が接着剤であることを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項4において、
前記第2の絶縁物は、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステルまたはポリイミドを含むことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項5において、
前記第2の絶縁物は、シリカとポリイミドの混合物を含むことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項6において、
前記第2の絶縁物は、マイカを含むことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項1から7のいづれかにおいて、
前記第2の絶縁物の熱伝導率は0.6W/mK以上であることを特徴とする回転電機。
- 請求項8において、
前記第2の絶縁物の熱伝導率は2W/mK以上であることを特徴とする回転電機。
