Claims (6)
- 아연 또는 아연 합금 도금된 강판의 표면 위에 마그네슘 및 산성 성분을 함유하는 용액을 피복하고, 피복 직후에 즉시 베이킹하여 용액 중의 산성 성분과 강판위에 도금된 아연 또는 아연 합금 중의 아연 성분 사이의 화학 반응을 피하도록 함으로써 형성되는 비정질 무기막을 포함하며,상기 비정질 무기막이 산성 수용액에는 가용성이지만 중성 또는 알칼리성 수용액에는 난용성인,마그네슘을 5% 이상 함유하고 중량 범위가 0.1 내지 2.0g/m2인 비정질 무기막을 포함하는 표면-처리된 강판.
- 아연 또는 아연 합금 도금된 강판의 표면 위에 형성된 인산염막과 당해 인산염막 위에 형성되며 마그네슘을 5% 이상 함유하고 중량이 0.1g/m2이상이며 산성 용액에는 가용성이지만 중성 또는 알칼리성 용액에는 난용성인 비정질 무기막을 포함하며, 상기 비정질 무기막과 인산염막의 전체 막 중량이 2.0g/m2이하인 표면-처리된 강판.
- 아연 또는 아연 합금 도금된 강판의 표면 위에 형성된 인산염막과 당해 인산염막 위에 형성되며 마그네슘을 5% 이상 함유하고 중량이 0.1g/m2이상이며 산성 용액에는 가용성이지만 중성 또는 알칼리성 용액에는 난용성인 비정질 무기막을 포함하며, 상기 비정질 무기막과 인산염막의 전체 막 중량이 3.0g/m2이하이고, 상기 인산염막은 니켈, 마그네슘, 망간, 칼슘, 코발트 및 구리로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 변형된 인산아연막인 표면-처리된 강판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비정질 무기막과 인산염막의 전체 막 중량 범위가 2.0 내지 3.0g/m2인 표면-처리된 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질 무기막이 인산, 인산염, 2인산염, 각종 축합 인산, 각종 축합 인산염, 유기 인산 및 유기 인산염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 표면-처리된 강판.
- 아연이나 아연 합금 도금된 강판 또는 인산염막으로 피복된 아연이나 아연 합금 도금된 강판 표면을, 비휘발성 물질 중의 마그네슘 농도가 5% 이상이 되도록 인산2수소마그네슘(magnesium dihydrogenphosphate)을 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 수용액으로 피복하는 단계, 수용액으로 피복된 강판을 피복 직후에 90 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에서 베이킹하는 단계 및 베이킹된 강판을 공기중에서 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 표면-처리된 강판의 제조방법.
