Claims (4)
- 미세심공 방전가공기(a)의 메인축(1)의 결합부(11)에 볼(31)을 개재하여 캡(3)에 의해 전극척(2)의 끼움부(22)가 원터치로 탈·부착 가능하게 한 전극 홀더(A)에 있어서:상기 메인축(1)의 결합부(11)에 결합되는 전극척(2)의 끼움부(22) 측단에는 요홈(21)을 형성하고, 상기 요홈(21)과 상기 메인축(1)의 결합부(11) 내측으로 형성되는 밀봉부(12) 사이의 공간에 밀봉수단(4)을 설치하되, 상기 밀봉수단(4)은 축심에 관통공(41a)을 형성한 원뿔대형 패킹(41)과, 이 패킹(41)의 경사면에 접촉된 채 상기 밀봉부(12) 내면에 밀접되는 오링(42)과, 상기 오링(42)을 패킹(41)의 경사면에 밀접되게 설치되는 코일스프링(43)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 미세심공 방전가공기용 전극 홀더.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 밀봉수단(4)을 이루는 패킹(41)의 관통공(41a)의 직경은 관통되는 전극(5)의 외경과 동일 크기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세심공 방전기용 전극 홀더.
