Claims (6)
- 화학식 1로 표시되는 β-락탐계 아미노 화합물을 할로겐 분자 존재하, 산성 조건하에 아질산 또는 아질산염과 수중에서 슬러리 분산상태에서 반응시켜 화학식 4로 표시되는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물의 제조법.(화학식 1)(화학식 2)또는(화학식 3)[n는 0∼2의 정수를 나타낸다. A는 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3을 나타낸다. R1,R2는 동일하거나 또는 다른 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1∼C3의 알킬기, C2∼C4의 알케닐기, C2∼C4의 알키닐기, 친핵성기(親核性基), 또는 CH2R3로서, R3는 할로겐원자 또는 친핵성기를 나타낸다.](화학식 4)[A는 상기와 같다. X1은 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자를 나타낸다. X2는 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 할로겐분자가 브롬, 요오드 또는 염소인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물의 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1,R2,R3에 있어서 친핵성기가 탄소수 2∼4의 지방족 아실옥시기, 방향족 아실옥시기, 카르바모일옥시기, 히드록시기, 메르캅토기 혹은 이들의 친핵성기가 더욱더 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼3의 지방족 아실기 등으로 치환된 것임을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물의 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1,R2,R3에 있어서 친핵성기가 헤테로고리티오기, 혹은 이것이 더욱더 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기 등으로 치환된 것임을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물의 제조법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 헤테로고리티오기의 헤테로고리가 O, S 또는 N로부터 선택된 1∼4개의 이종원자를 함유하는 5∼6원 고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐 화합물의 제조법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 헤테로고리가 피리딜기, 피리다지닐기, 피라졸릴기, 티아졸릴기, 티아디아졸릴기, 트리아졸릴기 또는 테트라졸릴기 등인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 β-락탐화합물의 제조법.
