Claims (7)
- 연소 배기 가스중의 SO2등의 유황산화 가스를 알칼리를 포함하는 흡수액에 의해 세정하여 탈황하도록 한 습식 배연 탈황 장치에 있어서,흡수탑의 액류내에 토출구로서 일단을 개구시킨 흡수액 순환용의 배관 도중에 공기 취입관을 장착하고, 그 취입관의 출구 개구 위치를 흡수액 순환용의 배관의 내경(D)으로 했을 때 상기 배관의 선단으로부터 3D∼10D의 범위의 상류 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배관이 액류부와 흡수액 살포 수단간을 연접하는 주배관에 설치한 순환 펌프의 하류측으로부터 분기시킨 분기 배관인 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배관에 상기 공기 취입관을 장착할 때, 상기 배관내에 상기 공기 취입관의 선단부를 삽입시키고, 그 선단부를 하류측을 향해 개구면을 갖는 반할(半割) 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기 취입관의 선단부의 내경을 상기 배관의 내경(D)에 대하여 대략 0.4D∼0.7D로 한 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배관에 상기 공기 취입관을 장착할 때, 상기 공기 취입관 장착 위치의 상류부에 오리피스를 마련함과 동시에, 상기 오리피스에 의해 형성되는 부압 영역에 상기 취입관의 출구 개구가 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 오리피스 구경을 분기관 구경에 대하여, 대략 2/3∼3/4으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 흡수액의 오리피스부의 통과 유속을 오리피스부 유속은 8∼14m/sec로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는습식 배연 탈황 장치.
