Claims (4)
- 両端が開口する筒状の本体と、
前記本体の内部に複数設けられた翼ユニットと、
前記本体の一方の開口端部に設けられた噴射ノズルとを備え、
前記噴射ノズルが下側となるように前記本体を起立させた状態で液中に浸漬し、前記噴射ノズルから前記本体内に気体を噴射して散気する散気装置であって、
前記翼ユニットは、正五角形状に形成された枠体と、前記枠体に支持される翼部材とを備え、前記枠体の内周面によって、断面正五角形状の流路内面が構成されており、
複数の前記翼ユニットは、それぞれ前記翼部材の向きを変えて、前記本体内に多段に挿入され、
前記本体内の前記噴射ノズルと最下段の前記翼ユニットとの間に設けられた正五角筒状のスペーサを更に備え、
前記スペーサの内面が、前記翼ユニットの内面と面一になって前記流路内面の一部を構成することにより、前記噴射ノズルは、先端に形成された噴射口の中心線が、最下段に配置された前記翼部材よりも下方において前記流路内面と交差し、且つ、鉛直方向とのなす角度が45度以下となるように配置されている散気装置。 - 前記各翼部材は、平面視台形状に形成され、上底部が前記流路内面を構成する5つの平面部の1つに支持されており、
前記噴射ノズルは、最下段に配置された前記翼部材の上底部が支持された前記平面部に向けて平面視垂直方向に気体を噴射する請求項1に記載の散気装置。 - 前記各翼部材は、各段において上底部が支持される前記平面部の上下同士の反時計回りの周方向の間隔が、下段から上段に向けて段階的に拡がるように配置されている請求項2に記載の散気装置。
- 床面に載置されて前記本体および噴射ノズルを支持する支持体を更に備え、
前記支持体は、前記本体の下方に液体が通過可能な流通口を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の散気装置。
