技术领域
本发明涉及将空气等的气泡分散到液体中的气体分散装置。
背景技术
气体分散装置用于通过提高污水处理厂、食品工厂或畜产农场中的排水处理厂、其它工厂的排水处理设备的排水中的溶解氧量,并且提高池塘或河川、养殖池等的液体中的溶解氧量来防止液体的不慎的腐败等的用途。作为现有的气体分散装置,已知本发明人等申请的专利文献1中所公开的气液混合装置。该装置包括:上下开口的五边形的气液混合筒、在气液混合筒的内部配置成多层的碰撞叶片、配置于气液混合筒的下部的气体喷嘴,从气体喷嘴喷出的气体一边与碰撞叶片进行碰撞一边在气液混合筒中旋转上升,从而被微细化,使得溶入液体中。

发明内容
发明想要解决的技术问题
上述的气液混合装置具有如下优点:利用配置于五边形的气液混合筒内的碰撞叶片,能够不产生堵塞的问题地将气泡微细化,维修管理容易,并且获得高的氧溶解效率等。但是,通过自气体喷嘴的气体的喷出在气液混合筒内更有效地产生旋转流,在提高滞留在底部的污泥等的引入力、搅拌力方面,还存在改良的余地。
于是,本发明的目的在于,提供一种气体分散装置,其能够将放出到液中的气体进行微细化而实现均匀的分散,并且能够对液体进行高效地搅拌。
用于解决技术课题的技术方案
本发明的所述目的通过如下配置的气体分散装置来实现,一种气体分散装置,包括:
主体,其形成为两端开口的筒状,具有截面为五边形形状的流路内表面;
叶片部件,其在上述流路内表面上改变方向地设置成多层;和
喷嘴,其设置于上述主体的一方的开口端部,
上述气体分散装置在以上述喷嘴成为下侧的方式使上述主体立起的状态下浸渍于液体中,从上述喷嘴向上述主体内喷射气体进行气体分散,
上述喷嘴配置成,形成于前端的喷射口的中心线在比配置于最下层的上述叶片部件更靠下方的位置与上述流路内表面交叉,且上述喷射口的中心线与铅垂方向所成的角度为45度以下。
在该气体分散装置中,

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。图1~图3表示本发明的一实施方式的气体分散装置,图1为主视图,图2为俯视图,图3为侧视图。如图1~图3所示,气体分散装置1包括:筒状的主体10;设置于主体10的内部的多个叶片单元20;设置于主体10的下部的通气管30;和对主体10和通气管30进行支承的支承体40。主体10在两端具有开口,在俯视图中形成为正五边形形状,例如能够由不锈钢等具有防锈效果的金属材料、工程塑料等具有耐水性、耐腐蚀性的塑料材料等形成。
如图4中立体图所示,叶片单元20包括:框体22;由框体22支承的叶片部件24。框体22以外周面整体与主体10的内周面密接的方式形成为正五边形形状,框体22的内周面构成为相连设置五个平面部22a、22b、22c、22d、22e。叶片部件24在俯视图中形成为梯形形状,上底部241由框体22的一个平面部22a支承,斜边部242、243分别由与平面部22a的两侧相邻的其它的平面部22b、22e支承。叶片部件24的上表面24a和下表面24b均以从上底部241向成为前端侧的下底部244变细的方式成为倾斜面,在下表面24b设置有多个突起24c。上表面24a和下表面24b相对于水平面的倾斜角度没有特别限定,但例如优选将上表面24a的倾斜角度设定为20~40度,将下表面24b的倾斜角度设定为10~30度。叶片单元20例如能够利用树脂材料一体成型。
包括上述的构成的多个叶片单元20,改变各个叶片部件24的方向,如图3中虚线所示多层地插入主体10内。在图5中用俯视图表示各叶片单元20的叶片部件24的方向。在本实施方式中,配置有五个叶片单元20,图5(a)~(e)从上开始依次表示从最上层到最下层。如图5(e)所示,叶片单元20在框体22的内部构成主体10的流路F,由框体22的内周面构成五个平面部F1、F2、F3、F4、F5逆时针地依次相连设置的截面为正五边形形状的流路内表面。如图5(e)所示,最下层的叶片单元20在支承叶片部件24的上底部241的平面部(以下,称为“支承平面部”)成为平面部F1的方向上插入主体10。
与此相反,从下开始数第二层的叶片单元20如图5(d)所示,以从最下层的叶片单元20的支承平面部F1起逆时针地数第一个相邻的平面部成为支承平面部的朝向、即支承平面部成为平面部F2的朝向,插入主体10。而且,从下开始数第三层的叶片单元20如图5(c)所示,以自从下开始数第二层的叶片单元20的支承平面部F2起逆时针地数第二个相邻的平面部成为支承平面部的朝向、即支承平面部成为平面部F4的朝向,插入主体10。如上述方式,构成为,最下层以外的任意层的叶片单元20的支承平面部和其下一层的叶片单元20的支承平面部的周向的间隔从下层向上层阶层地扩大。即,从下开始数第四层的叶片单元20的支承平面部如图5(b)所示,为从平面部F4起逆时针地数第三个相邻的平面部F2,最上层的叶片单元20的支承平面部如图5(a)所示,为从平面部F2起逆时针地数第四个相邻的平面部F1。
如图6中主要部分纵截面图所示,在主体10的下部内周面设置有向内方突出的卡合部12,叶片单元20相对于主体10的插入是在将正五边筒状的垫圈14插入并与卡合部12卡止后来进行。这样一来,各叶片单元20被支承于主体10内的规定的高度位置,由最后插入主体10内的固定环16固定。垫圈14的内表面与叶片单元20的内表面成为同一面,构成主体10的流路内表面的一部分。
通气管30如图1中虚线所示,在一方端部形成有喷嘴32。喷嘴32设置于主体10的下侧的开口端部,在前端形成有喷射口32a。在通气管30的另一方端部,设置有能够安装软管(未图示)等的安装部34,通过与压缩机、鼓风机、高压储气瓶等的供气源(未图示)连接,能够从喷嘴32的喷射口32a向主体10的流路内喷射空气等的气体。
如图7中主要部分俯视图所示,喷嘴32配置成沿开口面的法线方向延伸的喷射口32a的中心线C,在平面图中与构成主体10的流路内表面的一个平面部F1正交,构成为向平面部F1的中央、在平面图中垂直方向上喷射气体。该平面部F1为图7中虚线所示的最下层的叶片单元20的支承平面部。另外,喷嘴32如图8中主要部分纵截面图所示,喷射口32a的中心线C以在比配置于最下层的叶片单元20的叶片部件24更靠下方的位置与主体10的流路内表面S交叉的方式,配置成朝向斜上方。中心线C和沿着流路内表面S的铅垂方向所成的角度θ设定为45度以下。
支承体40能够通过将不锈钢等金属薄板折弯而形成,如图1~图3所示,设置有将左右的下部形成折弯状的一对基础部件42、42。主体10和通气管30被支承于一对基础部件42、42间。在基础部42、42形成有能够插入螺钉、地脚螺栓等的安装孔42a、42a,能够以在立起状态的主体10的下端和底面F之间空开适当的间隔(例如,10~15cm程度)的状态,将基础部42、42固定在底面F上。如图1所示,支承体40在一对基础部件42、42间,在比主体10的下端更靠下方的位置形成有液体能够通过的流通口44。
接着,对具备上述构成的气体分散装置1的工作进行说明。首先,在储存有作为处理对象的排水、污水等的液体的储存槽等,以喷嘴32成为下侧的方式使主体10在铅垂方向上立起地设置气体分散装置1。气体分散装置1的设置能够如上所述将支承体40的基础部42固定于底面F上后进行,也可以不使用支承体40而将主体10从上方垂下而支承。在储存槽等中,也可以混入活性污泥等需氧的微生物。
而且,在主体10被浸渍于液体中的状态下,从与通气管30连接的供气源(未图示)供给压缩空气等,从喷嘴32向主体10的流路内喷射气体进行散气时,通过喷射效果,液体被从主体10的下端引入,与所喷射的气体一起上升。在底面F上堆积有污泥等的情况下,该污泥等也通过搅拌与液体混合,被导入主体10内。
喷嘴32如图8所示,喷射口32a的中心线C配置成在比最下层的叶片部件24更靠下方的位置与流路内表面S交叉,并且,喷射口32a的中心线C与铅垂方向所成的角度θ以靠近铅垂上方的方式设定为45度以下。因此,所喷射的气体不可能与叶片部件24的下表面24b碰撞而向下方反射,另外,因喷射方向接近水平,从而也不会产生不能获得足够的上升力之类的问题,所以,沿着流路内表面S顺畅地上升到最下层的叶片部件24,与液体、污泥等一起与叶片部件24的下表面24b进行碰撞而被搅拌、混合。其结果是,能够提高由所喷射的气体产生的对液体、污泥等的引入力、搅拌力。中心线C和铅垂方向所成的角度θ的下限值没有特别存在,但若角度θ过小,则需要垫圈14的高度,整体的体积变大,因此,例如,优选为15度以上,更优选为30度以上。
另外,如图7所示,喷嘴32向流路内表面的平面部F1、在平面图中垂直方向上喷射气体,根据该构成,也能够促进沿着流路内表面S的气体的顺畅的上升,能够提高上述的效果。
在主体10内的流路中,多个叶片部件24改变各自的方向设置成多层,因此,混合有气体、污泥等的液体在各层的叶片部件24之间,一边沿水平方向和垂直方向旋转一边上升,从主体10的上端喷出。这样一来,一边进行被混合的气体、污泥的搅拌、微细化,液体一边在储存槽内进行循环。而且,通过储存槽内的空气和液体有效地进行循环而提高了水中的溶解氧量。储存槽内混入由活性污泥等需氧的微生物的情况下,通过该溶解氧量的提高,微生物进行活性化,由微生物进行的液体中的有机物等的分解被促进,进行了储存槽内的净化。
特别是在本实施方式中,由于在各层中,以支承有叶片部件24的上底部241的平面部F1~F5彼此的周向的间隔配置成从下层向上层阶层地扩大(参照图5),因此从主体10的下端在平面图中逆时针地被引入的液体的旋转方向,在通过喷嘴32的喷射使在主体10内猛力地上升的过程中被反转,(根据本发明人等的实验,在五层地配置叶片部件24的情况下,在第四层和第五层之间,液体的旋转方向进行反转),成为在平面图中顺时针,从主体10的上端喷出。通过这种反转作用而促进气体、污泥的微细化、搅拌,所以能够高效地进行净化。优选在叶片部件24的下表面24b,如本实施方式那样设置由多个突起24c,由此,能够容易生成气液的紊流混合。
另外,由于支承体40在主体10的下方具有液体能够通过的流通口44,因此堆积在一对基础部件42、42间的污泥等,与液体一起通过流通口44被引入主体10。如上所述,本实施方式的气体分散装置1实现了液体的引入力的提高,因此即使形成有流通口44,也不必担心液体的引入力不充分,能够更有效地进行净化。
以上,对本发明的一实施方式进行了详述,但本发明的具体的方式不限定于上述实施方式。例如,在本实施方式中,通过多层地设置包括叶片部件24的叶片单元20,由框体22的内周面形成主体10的流路内表面,在该流路内表面设置叶片部件24,但不限定于这种构成,也可以将各叶片部件24直接安装于主体10的内周面,使主体10的内周面成为流路内表面。

Claims (4)

1.一种气体分散装置,其特征在于,包括:
主体,其形成为两端开口的筒状,具有截面为五边形形状的流路内表面;
叶片部件,其在所述流路内表面上改变方向地设置成多层;和
喷嘴,其设置于所述主体的一方的开口端部,
所述气体分散装置在以所述喷嘴成为下侧的方式使所述主体立起的状态下浸渍于液体中,从所述喷嘴向所述主体内喷射气体进行气体分散,
所述喷嘴配置成,形成于前端的喷射口的中心线在比配置于最下层的所述叶片部件更靠下方的位置与所述流路内表面交叉,且所述喷射口的中心线与铅垂方向所成的角度为45度以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的气体分散装置,其特征在于:
所述各叶片部件在俯视图中形成为梯形形状,上底部支承于构成所述流路内表面的五个平面部中的一个,
所述喷嘴向支承有配置于最下层的所述叶片部件的上底部的所述平面部,在俯视图中与所述平面部垂直的方向上喷射气体。
3.如权利要求2所述的气体分散装置,其特征在于:
所述各叶片部件配置成,在各层支承上底部的所述平面部彼此的周向的间隔从下层向上层阶层地扩大。
4.如权利要求1所述的气体分散装置,其特征在于:
还包括放置在底面上对所述主体和喷嘴进行支承的支承体,
所述支承体在所述主体的下方具有液体能够通过的流通口。
