Claims (3)
- 소스 쉬프트 클럭 및 소스 스타트 펄스를 발생하여 소스 드라이버 회로를 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러를 구비하는 액정표시장치의 구동방법에 있어서,비디오 데이터가 존재하는 기간을 지시하는 데이터 인에이블신호를 콘트롤러에 입력하는 단계와,상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 인에이블 개시시점을 검출하는 단계와,상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 인에이블 개시시점에서 리셋신호를 발생하는 단계와,상기 리셋신호에 의해 상기 소스 쉬프트 클럭을 리셋시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
- 소스 쉬프트 클럭 및 소스 스타트 펄스를 발생하여 소스 드라이버 회로를 제어하기 위한 콘트롤러를 구비하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,비디오 데이터가 존재하는 기간을 지시하는 데이터 인에이블신호의 인에이블 개시시점을 검출하기 위한 검출수단과,상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 인에이블 개시시점에서 상기 소스 쉬프트 클럭을 리셋시키는 리셋수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 검출수단은 상기 데이터 인에이블신호가 입력되며 도트클럭에 응답하여 상기 데이터 인에이블신호를 출력하는 D 플립플롭과,상기 데이터 인에이블 신호의 논리를 반전시키기 위한 인버터와,상기 데이터 인에이블 신호와 인버터에 의해 논리반전된 데이터 인에이블신호를 논리곱 연산하여 상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 인에이블 개시시점을 지시하는 펄스를 발생하는 AND 게이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동장치.
