Claims (8)
- 축부재와;상기 축부재에 대해 상대회전이 가능하도록 마련된 베어링부재와;상기 축부재와 베어링부재의 최소한 한쪽부재에 형성된 동압발생부(이 동압발생부는 다른쪽의 부재를 향해 반경방향으로 돌출하는 윤활유체 가압용의 볼록형상 표면을 갖는다)를 갖춘 동압베어링장치로서,상기 동압발생부는 둘레방향을 따라 간헐적으로 여러개 배치되고,그 여러개의 각 동압발생부 사이부분에 상기 동압발생부에서 발생한 동압과 함께 발생하는 부압을 해소하는 부압해소부가 배치되며,상기 부압해소부는 다공질의 재료로 형성되고, 그 표면에는 상기 윤활유체를 공급 또는 흡수하는 여러개의 기공이 노출되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동압발생부는 다공질의 재료로 형성되고,상기 동압발생부를 구성하고 있는 다공질재료의 볼록형상 표면에 있어 기공율 PL과 상기 부압해소부의 표면을 구성하고 있는 다공질 재료의 기공율 PG과의 관계가 PL<< PG조건을 만족하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 다공질재료로 이루어지는 동압발생부와 부압해소부 사이에 상기 동압발생부에서 발생한 동압을 유지하는 동압보조부가 배치되고,이 동압보조부는 상기 동압발생부 및 상기 부압해소부를 구성하고 있는 상기 다공질재료와 동일한 상기 다공질재료로 구성되며,상기 동압보조부를 구성하고 있는 상기 다공질재료의 표면에 있어 기공율 PW과 상기 동압발생부를 구성하고 있는 상기 다공질재료의 상기 볼록형상표면에 있어 기공율 PL과의 관계가 PL PW를 만족하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 동압보조부의 표면은 동압발생부의 볼록형상표면에 대해 단차를 통해 스텝형상으로 움푹 파인 원호형상면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동압보조부의 표면은 상기 동압발생부의 볼록형상 표면과 상기 부압해소부의 홈 바닥면을 연속적으로 잇는 테이퍼형상의 경사면으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다공질재료가 분말치금공법에 의해 형성된 소결금속재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 다공질재료가 분말치금공법에 의해 형성된 소결금속재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치.
- 상대회전이 가능하도록 장착되는 축부재와 베어링부재의 최소한 한쪽 부재에 다른쪽 부재를 향해 반경방향으로 돌출하는 윤활유체 가압용의 볼록형상 표면을 갖는 동압발생부를 둘레방향을 따라 간헐적으로 여러개 배치하고,그들 여러개의 각 동압발생부 사이부분에 이 동압발생부에서 발생한 동압과 함께 발생하는 부압을 해소하는 부압해소부를 형성하도록 한 동압베어링의 제조방법으로서,상기 동압발생부를 형성하는 축 부재 또는 베어링부재의 전체형상을 다공질 재료로 형성해 두고,상기 부압해소부의 표면을 상기 다공질 재료의 기공이 그대로 노출하도록 형성하며,상기 동압발생부를 구성하고 있는 다공질재료의 볼록형상 표면에 있어 기공을 메우는 공정을 실시함으로써 이 동압발생부의 볼록형상 표면에 있어 기공율 PL을 상기 부압해소부에 상당하는 면에 있어 기공율 PG보다도 작게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압베어링장치의 제조방법.
