Claims (4)
- 多孔質の焼結材料からなり、
支持対象である軸部材の外周面との間にラジアル軸受隙間を形成する軸受面を備え、
前記軸受面に、複数の動圧溝と、該複数の動圧溝の相互間で該動圧溝の溝底面に対して軸径方向内側に隆起した丘部とを有し、
前記ラジアル軸受隙間に満たした潤滑流体の動圧作用で生じた圧力により前記軸部材を非接触支持する焼結軸受であって、
前記動圧溝の溝底面における表面開孔率が、前記丘部における表面開孔率よりも大きいことを特徴とする焼結軸受。 - 前記動圧溝の溝底面における表面開孔率が40%以上で、且つ、前記丘部における表面開孔率が15%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼結軸受。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の焼結軸受と、該焼結軸受の内周に挿入された軸部材とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項3に記載の流体動圧軸受装置と、ステータコイルと、ロータマグネットとを備えたモータ。
