Claims (6)
- 軸部材と、軸部材の外周にラジアル軸受すきまを介して配置された軸受部材と、軸方向に対向する軸部材および軸受部材の間に形成されたスラスト軸受すきまと、上記スラスト軸受すきまに面して軸部材または軸受部材の何れか一方に設けられ、回転側の部材の回転時にスラスト軸受すきまに動圧を発生させる動圧溝を有するスラスト軸受面とを備え、上記動圧溝が、油を内径側に押し込むポンプイン部と、ポンプイン部の内周部で油を外径側に押し込むポンプアウト部とを有する動圧型軸受ユニットにおいて、
軸受部材が油を保有した焼結金属で形成され、スラスト軸受面の動圧溝が、ポンプアウト部の内径側での負圧発生を防止する負圧発生防止機構を有することを特徴とする動圧型軸受ユニット。 - 軸受部材が、底部を一体に有するハウジングの内周面に固定されている請求項1記載の動圧型軸受ユニット。
- 負圧発生防止機構が、ポンプイン部のポンプ作用とポンプアウト部のポンプ作用との強弱を調整することで負圧の発生を防止するものである請求項1記載の動圧型軸受ユニット。
- ポンプイン部のポンプ作用を強化し、もしくはポンプアウト部のポンプ作用を弱化した請求項3記載の動圧型軸受ユニット。
- ポンプイン部に押し込まれた油とポンプアウト部に押し込まれた油との合流部を半径方向に変位させた請求項4記載の動圧型軸受ユニット。
- ポンプイン部を流れる油の流量とポンプアウト部を流れる油の流量とに差を設けた請求項4記載の動圧型軸受ユニット。
