Claims (8)
- 정제시킬 에틸렌 글리콜 카보네이트(EGC)의 용융물을 40 내지 0.1K/h의 냉각매질의 냉각 속도로 38 내지 20℃의 범위로 냉각시키고 관속(tube-bundle) 결정화기, 플레이트 열 교환기 또는 유하액막(falling-film) 결정화기를 사용하여 오염된 EGC를 분별 용융 결정화시키고, 이렇게 하여 형성된 정제된 EGC의 결정을 잔류 용융물에 용해된 잔류 불순물로부터 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제조 공정의 출발 물질, 부산물 및 촉매를 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 불순물을 함유하는 오염된 EGC로부터 정제된 EGC를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분별 용융 결정화가 불연속적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 결정화가 다단계로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 결정화의 분리방법이 증류에 의한 분리단계와 조합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정의 형성이 씨드 결정(seed crystal)에 의해 개시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각 매질의 가장 낮은 온도에서 0 내지 100분의 유지 시간후, 잔류 용융물을 분리 제거하고 결정을 40 내지 0.1K/h의 가열 매질의 가열 속도로 22 내지 37℃ 이하의 온도에서 스위팅(sweating)에 의해 추가로 정제시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각 온도 범위가 37 내지 25℃이며, 냉각 매질의 냉각 속도가 10 내지 0.5K/h인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유지 시간이 1 내지 70분이며, 가열 매질의 가열 속도가 20 내지 0.5K/h이고, 가열 온도가 28 내지 36℃ 이하인 방법.
