Claims (2)
- I2C 통신 프로토콜의 전기통신 인터페이스 모듈의 직류전원 단자, 입출력 단자 및 접지 단자에 연결되어 광통신을 수행하기 위한 광통신 인터페이스 모듈에 있어서,그 베이스가 상기 입출력 단자와 연결되고 그 켈렉터가 상기 접지 단자에 연결되는 송신용 트랜지스터,그 일단이 상기 직류전원 단자에 연결되어 자신에 흐르는 전류량에 비례하여 전압을 강하시키기 위한 풀업 소자,그 에노드가 상기 풀업 소자의 나머지 일단에 연결되고 그 캐소드가 상기 송신용 트랜지스터의 에미터에 연결되어, 자신에 전류가 흐름에 의하여 송신용 빛을 발생시키는 광발생 소자,상대측 광통신 모듈의 광발생 소자로부터 수신되는 빛을 전기 신호로 변환시키는 광전 변환부,그 콜렉터가 상기 광발생 소자의 에노드에 연결되고 그 에미터가 상기 접지 단자에 연결되어 그 베이스가 상기 광전 변환부로부터의 출력 신호에 의하여 구동되는 제1 수신용 트랜지스터, 및그 콜렉터가 상기 입출력 단자에 연결되고 그 에미터가 상기 접지 단자에 연결되어 그 베이스가 상기 광전 변환부로부터의 출력 신호에 의하여 구동되는 제2 수신용 트랜지스터를 포함한 광통신 인터페이스 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 수신용 트랜지스터들의 베이스들이 서로 공통 연결되고,상기 제1 및 제2 수신용 트랜지스터들의 베이스들의 공통 연결 지점과 상기 광전 변환부 사이에는, 상기 광전 변환부로부터의 출력 신호를 소정의 증폭도로써 증폭하여 상기 제1 및 제2 수신용 트랜지스터들의 베이스들에 인가하기 위한 증폭부가 마련된 광통신 인터페이스 모듈.
