Description
Claims (10)
- 저속 영역의 변속단과 고속 영역의 변속단을 이루는 주 변속기구와 부 변속기구, 그리고, 상기 주 변속기구의 각 변속단 사이의 전동비보다 작은 전동비로서 고저 2단의 변속을 수행하는 고저 변속기구를 포함하며, 상기 주 변속기구와 상기 부 변속기구와 상기 고저 변속기구가 일렬로 배치되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치로서,상기 주 변속기구와 상기 부 변속기구와 상기 고저 변속기구의 조작을 제어하는 제어장치가 설치되어 있고,상기 제어장치는, 상기 주 변속기구와 부 변속기구가 상기 저속 영역의 변속단을 이룰 때에는 상기 고저 변속기구가 상기 고속단, 저속단 중 어느 하나에 변속 조작되는 것을 허용하지만, 상기 주 변속기구와 상기 부 변속기구가 상기 고속 영역의 변속단을 이룰 때에는, 상기 고저 변속기구가 상기 저속단으로 변속되는 것을 방지하는농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 변속 기구와상기부 변속 기구 사이에 상기 고저 변속 기구와 전후진 전환 기구가 개재되어 있고, 상기 전후진 전환 기구에서 전진 측의 기어가 존재하는 측에, 동력이 전달되는 방향에 대하여 아래쪽으로 상기 고저 변속 기구가배치되어 있는농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주 변속 기구,상기부 변속 기구 및상기고저 변속 기구는단일 변속 레버로 변속조작되는농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기저속 영역에 8 또는 9단의 변속단이 설정되어 있고, 상기고속 영역에 4 또는 3단의 변속이 설정되어 있는농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단속(斷續) 조작 가능한 초감속(超減速) 기구가 일렬로배치되어 있고, 상기 초감속 기구의차단 상태에서 상기저속 영역의 차속이 약 1.5∼4㎞/h로, 상기고속 영역의 차속이 약 5㎞/h 이상으로 각각 설정되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 초감속 기구가 연결 조작된 상태에서의 최저속단의 차속이 0.2㎞/h 미만으로 설정되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저속 영역에 8 또는 9단의 변속단이 설정되어 있고, 상기 고속 영역에 4 또는 3단의 변속이 설정되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단속 조작 가능한 초감속 기구가 일렬로 배치되어 있고, 상기 초감속 기구의 차단 상태에서 상기 저속 영역의 차속이 약 1.5∼4㎞/h로, 상기 고속 영역의 차속이 약 5㎞/h 이상으로 각각 설정되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단속 조작 가능한 초감속 기구가 일렬로 배치되어 있고, 상기 초감속 기구의 차단 상태에서 상기 저속 영역의 차속이 약 1.5∼4㎞/h로, 상기 고속 영역의 차속이 약 5㎞/h 이상으로 각각 설정되어 있는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 변속기구와, 상기 부 변속기구 및 상기 고저 변속기구 각각은, 상기 제어장치에 의해 대응하는 유압 실린더를 통하여 제어되는 농업용 트랙터의 주행 변속 장치.
