Abstract

본 발명은 여과기 특히 내연기관의 흡입공기를 여과하기 위한 공기여과기에 관한 것이다. 상기 공기여과기는 대기흡입구(11)와 정화공기출구(12)를 가진 하우싱(10)으로 되어 있다. 하우징(10) 내에 특히 지그재그형으로 절첩된 매체로된 여과기 요소가 들어 있다. 추가로 적어도 정화공기측 부위에는 여과매체를 지지하고 있는 하우싱내의 한 지지물이 있다. 동 지지물은 하우싱(10)에 직접 고정된 나이프형태의 지지(19,20)물로 되어 있다.

Description

필터, 특히 내연기관의 공기 흡기구용 공기 필터
DE-PS 35 14 778은 필터 삽입물을 공지되는데, 이 경우에 필터 부재는 별 형상으로 주름진 필터 부재로 이루어진다. 상기 필터 부재의 단부 원판에는 지지 튜브가 설치된다. 이 지지 튜브는 특히 플라스틱으로 이루어지며, 보강 링이 갖추어진다. 상기 필터 삽입물의 단점은 상기 필터 부재가 지지 튜브와 함께로만 교환되어야 한다는 점이다.
다공성 박판 금속 지지 튜브 상에 배치되는 필터 부재도 공지되어 있다. 그러나 상기 금속 박판 튜브는 필터 하우징 내의 보조 부재로서 필요하며, 따라서 생산 장비 비용의 증가 및 제조비용의 증가를 의미한다.
본 발명은 필터, 특히 내연기관의 공기 흡기구용 공기 필터에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 경제적으로 제작 가능하고, 폐기물 처리비용이 줄어들며, 압력에 안정한 필터를 개발하기 위한 과제를 기초로 한다.
상기 과제는 주 청구항의 전제부로부터 이것에 기재된 특징부를 통하여 해결된다.
본 발명의 주요한 장점은 칼날 블레이드 지지부가 하우징의 일부이므로, 보조 지지 부재, 지지 튜브 또는 이와 유사한 것이 필요하지 않다는 점이다. 따라서 이러한 보조 부품의 폐기물 처리도 없어진다.
본 발명의 유리한 실시예에 있어서, 상기 칼날 블레이드 지지부는 필터 매질의 최대 굴곡 지점 즉, 거의 필터 매질의 중앙부에 이르기까지 연장된다. 따라서 이 영역이 지지됨은 물론, 칼날 블레이드 지지부가 연장되는 지점을 지나 외부 영역도 지지된다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 필터 매질을 위한 부가적인 칼날 블레이드 지지부 또는 고정 수단이 상기 하우징을 폐쇄하는 커버 상에 설치된다. 따라서 상기 커버는 한편으로는 필터 매질의 보조 위치 조정을 위하여, 다른 한편으로는 그것의 안정화에 기여한다.
또 다른 실시예에 있어서, 칼날 블레이드 지지부에 지지 슈(shoe)를 설치하는 것이 제안된다. 이 지지 슈는 필터 매질의 보다 큰 영역이 지지되는 것을 가능하게 한다. 동시에 상기 지지 슈는 지지되는 영역 내의 점 응력을 받지 않도록 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 있어서, 상기 필터 매질은 소위 아교 비드(glue beads)가 설치된다. 이 아교 비드는 상기 필터 매질의 내부 안정성을 향상시킨다. 또한 이것은 칼날 블레이드 지지부의 접촉점 또는 접촉면 역할을 한다.
하나의 유리한 실시예에 있어서, 필터 커버는 부가적인 밀봉 수단없이 하우징에 고정 가능하다. 이것을 위하여 열가소성 플라스틱으로 된 커버 또는 열가소성 플라스틱으로 된 하우징에 실링립(sealing lips)이 형성된다. 이러한 실링립은 부가적으로 래버린스 시일(labyrinth seals)로서도 구성 가능하다.

도 1에 도시되는 필터는 공기 흡기구(11), 정화 공기 배기구(12), 및 커버(13)를 구비하는 필터 하우징(10)으로 구성된다. 상기 하우징 및 커버는 사출 성형에 의하여 열가소성 플라스틱으로 제조되는 것이 유리하다. 상기 하우징 내에는 별형상으로 주름진 여과지(필터 매질)로 이루어지는 필터 부재(14)가 들어 있다. 이필터 부재는 정면 단부면에 실링 원판(15, 16)을 갖는다. 이것은 예를 들어, 연질 폴리우레탄 발포재로 이루어진다. 상기 실링 원판은 하우징 내지 커버의 반경 방향 실링면(17, 18) 및 리브(43, 44)에서 한편으로는 단부면, 및 다른 한편으로는 필터부재(14)를 각각 실링하는 역할을 한다. 상부의 1/2 단면도에서, 하우징 및 커버는 각각 칼날 블레이드 지지부(19, 20)가 갖추어진다. 각각의 칼날 블레이드 지지부는 내부 공간내로 필터 부재(14) 길이의 1/3 정도까지 연장된다. 상기 필터 부재는 소위 아교 비드(21,22)가 갖추어진다. 각각의 칼날 블레이드 지지부는 상기 아교 비드와 접촉한다. 하부의 1/2 단면도에서, 상기 필터 하우징에는 칼날 블레이드 지지부(23)가 설치된다. 이 지지부는 필터 부재(14)의 축 중심에 이르기까지 연장된다. 여기에서도 필터 부재는 상기 칼날 블레이드 지지부와 접촉하는 아교 비드를 갖는다. 상기 커버(13)는 고정 수단(25)만이 갖추어진다. 이것은 상기 커버(13)가 폐쇄되는 경우에 필터 부재(14)의 위치를 정하는 역할을 한다. 상기 커버(13)는 하부에 구멍(26)을 갖는다. 이 구멍(26)은 디플렉터 밸브(27)로 폐쇄되며, 먼지를 배출하는 역할을 한다. 상기 커버(13)와 필터 하우징(10) 사이의 실링을 위하여 상기 커버의 접촉면에 실링립(28)이 설치된다. 이 실링립은 상기 하우징의 실링면(29)에 내부 응력을 주면서 접촉하며, 상기 공기 필터의 대기 영역의 신뢰성 있는 실링을 제공한다. 상기 실링립(28)은 도 1 에 도시되는 바와 같이, 래버린스 시일(42)로서 형성될 수 있다.
도 2는 측단면도에서 칼날 블레이드 지지부(23a 내지 23g)를 도시한다, 이 칼날 블레이드 지지부들은 지지 슈(30 내지 37)를 가지며, 이 지지 슈들은 우측에 도시한 바와 같이, 직접적으로 지그재그 형태로 주름진 필터 매질(38)과 접촉할 뿐만 아니라, 필터 매질(38) 상의 아교 비드(24)에도 접촉할 수 있다.
도 3은 마개 부재의 실시예를 도시한다. 상기 마개 부재는 덮개(13)를 하우징(10)에 고정시켜 주는 역할을 한다. 또한, 여기서 커버(13)는 상기 필터 하우징의 실링면(29) 상에 놓여지는 실링립(28)을 구비한다. 필터 하우징 상의 커버의 반경 방향으로의 고정은 상기 하우징(10)의 링 홈(39)으로 형성된다. 이 링 홈 내로 커버의 돌기(40)가 연장된다. 이 돌기(40)는 링 홈의 바닥에 놓여지며, 이것에 따라 커버(13)의 축방향 정지 장치를 한정한다. 따라서 실링립의 과도한 연장이 방지된다. 마개 부재로서 예를 들어, 와이어 루프 마개(41)가 사용될 수 있다. 스냅 마개, 걸쇠 마개 또는 이와 유사한 것도 물론 가능하다.
따라서, 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 필터는 차량용이나 기타 장비의 공기 흡기구용 필터에 적용 가능하며, 경제적으로 제작 가능하며, 폐기물 처리비용이 줄어들며, 압력에 안정한 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 공기 흡입구(11) 및 정화 공기 배출구(12)를 구비하는 하우징(10)과, 상기 하우징(10) 내에 설치되는 지그 재그형으로 주름진 필터 매질(38)을 갖는 필터 부재(14)와, 정화 공기 영역에서 상기 필터 매질(38)을 지지하는 적어도 1개의 지지부재를 포함하는, 특히 공기 필터와 같은 필터에 있어서,
    상기 지지 부재는 상기 하우징(10) 측면에 배치되는 칼날 블레이드 지지부(19, 20; 23, 25)로 이루어지며, 여기서 상기 칼날 블레이드 지지부(19, 20; 23, 25)는 지지 슈(30 내지 37)를 가지고, 상기 하우징(10)은 커버(13)로 폐쇄될 수 있으며, 여기서 상기 커버(13)는 상기 필터 부재(14)를 위한 또 따른 칼날 블레이드 지지부 또는 고정 수단(25)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 칼날 블레이드 지지부(19)는 상기 필터 부재(14)의 최대 굴곡 지점에 이르기까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 필터 부재(14)는 최대 굴곡 영역 내에서 상기 칼날 블레이드 지지부(19, 23)와 접촉하는 특히, 아교 비드(24)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개(13)는 실링 부재에 의하여 상기 하우징(10)에 실링되도록 고정되며, 상기 실링 부재는 하우징(10) 및/또는 커버(13)와 일체로 된 실링립(28)으로 구성되고, 상기 실링립(28)은 치수 오차 및 변형과 무관하게 내부 응력이 용이하게 한정될 수 있는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 실링립(28)은 래버린스 시일(42)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
