Abstract

공기의 오일분리가 제안되어 있다. 이것은 하우싱(14) 오일을 함유한 일차공기의 유입구(15)와 오일이 분리된 정화공기의 배출구(12) 및 회소한 한개의 합착 에레멘트로 구성되어 있다. 합착 에레멘트는 지지몸체(19)에 배열되어 있으며 이와 함께 양끝단에서 씰링필터(20,21)에 끼어 있다. 이 씰링필터는 각각 카바 에레멘트를 형성하고 있으며 이때 이의 카바 에레멘트는 라디알 또는 축방향으로 하우싱(14)의 밀폐면에 밀착되어 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하우싱오일을 함유한 일차공기 흡입구, 오일이 유리된 정화 공기의 배출구, 최소한 한개의 합착 엘레멘트및 분리된 오일의 배출구로 구성되어 있으며, 이때 합착 엘레멘트는 특히 지지몸체상에 설치되어 있는 공기의 오일분리기에 있어서, 지지몸체(19)와 합착 에레멘트(17)는 엔드카바(20,21)의 전면 양단에 끼어 있으며 이 씰링 필터는 각각 씰링 에레멘트를 형성하며, 이때 최소한 한개의 씰링 에레멘트가 하우싱(10,14)의 밀폐면에 대하여 축방향 및/또는 라디알 방향으로 기밀을 유지하면서 지어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유동방향에서 합착 에레멘트(17) 다음으로 또 다른 합착 에레멘트 및/또는 여과 에레멘트(18)가 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  3. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 엔드카바(20)는 두가지 부품요소로 되어 있는데 그 하나는 합착 에레멘트(17)의 전면 씰링을 또 다른 하나의 하우싱에 대한 밀폐면을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  4. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 합착 에레멘트(17)는 중앙의 볼트(23)에 의해서 하우싱(10,14)에 탈착이 가능하도록 조여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  5. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 지지몸체(19)는 합착 에레멘트를 지지하는 바 합착 에레멘트(17)에 장탈착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  6. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 오일분리기에서 합착 에레멘트(17)는 외부 라이나를 가지며 지지몸체와 장탈착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  7. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 합착요소(17) 및/또는 분리 에레멘트(18)는 감기고 공기가 통하는 밴드재 특히 모피로 되어 있으며 하우싱(14)에서의 기밀을 직접 이 밴드재에 의해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  8. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 분리 에레멘트(18) 및/또는 합착 에레멘트(17)는 하우싱(10,14)에 주어진 밀폐면에 별도 씰링 에레멘트(31)가 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  9. 하우싱 오일을 함유한 일차공기 흡입구, 오일이 분리된 정화공기 출구, 최소한 하나의 대략(관형)의 합착 에레멘트 및 분리유 배출구로 되어 있는 공기의 오일분리기에 있어서, 지지 몸체로 구성된 합착 에레멘트(17)는 전면 끝단의 씰링 필터(20,21)에 끼어 있으며 이 씰링필터는 그때 그때 엔드카바를 형성하고 이때 최소한 하나의 엔드카바는 하우싱의 밀폐면에서 축방향 및/또는 라디알 방향으로 기밀을 유지하도록 밀착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  10. 전항들 중의 어느 하나 도는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 관형 합착 에레멘트는 그의 단면 원형, 3각, 4각, 또는 다각형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
  11. 전항들 중의 어느 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 관형 합착 에레멘트가 성형(成形)으로 주름이 잡혀있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 분리기.
