Description
(第1の実施の形態)
図1を参照し、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るオイルセパレータを備えた蓄冷器式冷凍機用圧縮機について説明する。また、本実施の形態では、蓄冷器式冷凍機としてGM冷凍機を用いた例について説明する。
(第1の実施の形態の第1の変形例)
次に、図8を参照し、第1の実施の形態の第1の変形例に係るオイルセパレータについて説明する。本変形例に係るオイルセパレータ15aでは、第1のフィルター部材37と第2のフィルター部材38との空隙が、円筒部35Aの軸方向に対して垂直でなく、上流側に傾斜するように、設けられている。
(第1の実施の形態の第2の変形例)
次に、図9を参照し、第1の実施の形態の第2の変形例に係るオイルセパレータについて説明する。本変形例に係るオイルセパレータ15bでは、円筒部35Aの軸方向にフィルター部材が3つ積層するように設けられるとともに、それぞれのフィルター部材の間に空隙が設けられている。
(第2の実施の形態)
次に、図10を参照し、第2の実施の形態に係るオイルセパレータについて説明する。本実施の形態に係るオイルセパレータ15cは、本発明に係るオイルセパレータを、縦置き型オイルセパレータに適用した例である。

Claims (3)
- 冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機から前記冷媒ガスを膨張させて冷熱を発生する冷凍機に向かって前記冷媒ガスが流れる冷媒ガス流路の途中に設けられ、前記冷媒ガスに含まれるオイルを分離するオイルセパレータにおいて、
上流側に設けられた、前記冷媒ガスを導入するガス導入口を有する入口部と、
下流側に設けられた、前記冷媒ガスを導出するガス導出口と、分離したオイルを排出するオイル排出口とを有する出口部と、
前記入口部と前記出口部との間に設けられた、前記冷媒ガスからオイルを濾過する第1の濾過部と、
前記第1の濾過部の下流側に、前記第1の濾過部と離隔して設けられた、前記冷媒ガスからオイルを濾過する第2の濾過部と、
前記第1の濾過部の下流側端面に設けられた第1の多孔板を含むオイル分離部とを有し、
前記第1の濾過部を通過する前記冷媒ガスの速度をvとし、前記第1の濾過部と前記第2の濾過部とが離隔される距離をdとしたとき、距離dがd≧1.4×10 −6 vを満たすことを特徴とするオイルセパレータ。 - 前記オイル分離部は、前記第2の濾過部の上流側端面に設けられた第2の多孔板を含むものである、請求項1に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記第2の多孔板は、スペーサ部材を介して前記第1の多孔板に固定されている、請求項2に記載のオイルセパレータ。
