Claims (16)
- 蒸気圧縮システムにおいて用いられるよう構成される熱交換器であって、
少なくとも液冷媒を含む冷媒が通って流れる冷媒入口と、シェル冷媒蒸気排出口と、を有するシェルであって、前記シェルの長手方向中心軸が水平面と平行に延びているシェルと、
前記冷媒入口と流体連通し、前記シェル内に配置される冷媒分配器であって、液冷媒を分配する少なくとも一の液冷媒分配開口部を有する冷媒分配器と、
前記冷媒分配器から放出される液冷媒が供給されるよう、前記シェルの内部で前記冷媒分配器の下方に配置される管束であって、集合的に配置される複数の伝熱管を有する管束と、
前記シェルの第一側部から延設される第一バッフルであって、前記第一バッフルは、鉛直方向において、前記シェルの底部縁部の上方の前記シェルの全高の5%~40%の範囲内に配置され、かつ、前記第一バッフルの位置において前記長手方向中心軸に対して垂直方向に測定される前記シェルの幅の20%以下の距離で、前記シェルの前記第一側部から横方向内側に延設される第一バッフルと、
を備え、
前記複数の伝熱管は、前記伝熱管の入口端部が、前記熱交換器に水を供給する水入口管と流体連通している下側集合群と、前記下側集合群の前記伝熱管を流れた水が流れる上側集合群とを形成し、通過経路が前記上側集合群と前記下側集合群との間に配置されるようグループ化され、
前記第一バッフルは、前記通過経路よりも鉛直方向下方に配置され、
前記第一バッフルは、前記下側集合群の前記伝熱管の内、最上部に配置される前記伝熱管よりも下方に配置される、
熱交換器。 - 前記第一バッフルは、
水平面と平行な第一側方部と、
前記シェルの前記第一側部から横方向に間隔を空けた位置において、前記第一側方部から下方へ延設される第一フック部と、
を有している、
請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第一フック部は、横方向に関して、前記シェルの前記第一側部からの最遠部である前記第一側方部の端部に配置されている、

請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱管のうちの少なくとも一つは、前記長手方向中心軸に対して垂直方向に測定して、前記第一バッフルの内側の端部から横方向内側に前記伝熱管の管直径の距離の範囲内に配置されている、
請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記シェルの第二側部から延設される第二バッフルであって、前記第二バッフルは、鉛直方向において、前記シェルの前記底部縁部の上方の前記シェルの前記全高の5%~40%の範囲内に配置され、前記第二バッフルの位置において前記長手方向中心軸に対して垂直方向に測定される前記シェルの幅の20%以下の距離で、前記シェルの前記第二側部から横方向内側に延設される第二バッフルを更に備える、
