Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la purification et au fractionnement de mélanges par rectification, laquelle consiste à former un flegme dans des condensateurs par le biais de l'évaporation d'un réfrigérant issu d'un réservoir. L'invention concerne précisément un procédé qui consiste à introduire les vapeurs du réfrigérant dans un cycle de refroidissement pour qu'elles soient liquéfiées, à ajouter le réfrigérant liquide issu du réservoir au réfrigérant liquéfié, et à l'introduire dans des condensateurs pour qu'il soit évaporé, le débit d'écoulement dans chaque condensateur étant régulé en fonction de la pression requise dans la chambre de contact de la colonne de rectification correspondante. La chambre de réception d'écoulement d'alimentation de l'échangeur de masse (colonne de rectification) possède une partie buse dotée d'une surface spécifique inférieure à la surface spécifique de la buse de la partie de concentration, et est munie d'un dispositif de chauffage et d'un convertisseur thermique. La tuyère d'écoulement d'alimentation est dotée d'un pont thermique. Les parties de concentration et d'épuisement possèdent différentes dimensions de sections transversales, contiennent des distributeurs et des redistributeurs de flegme, disposés du bas vers le haut de manière qu'ils soient séparés par une distance L = (150 300) d éq., d éq. représentant le diamètre équivalent de la buse. Les orifices d'évacuation situés au fond des distributeurs et des redistributeurs de flegme contiennent des garnitures verticales tubulaires perforées. L'alambic droit du condensateur de fluide caloporteur intermédiaire comprend au moins un canal, la surface de la section transversale de ce dernier étant équivalente à la surface totale des sections de passage des conduits d'échange thermique. Le radiateur électrique du dispositif de distillation possède une base thermoconductrice dans laquelle est placé un élément chauffant électrique saupoudré d'une poudre thermoconductrice, ledit élément étant maintenu au fond du dispositif de distillation à l'aide de tiges dotées de ressorts. L'invention permet d'améliorer la fiabilité du système et de réduire la consommation de réfrigérant et de métal.
