2단 분리형 공기청정기용 필터

본 고안은 건설중장비 및 자동차용 2단 분리형 공기청정기용 필터에 관한 것으로 필터를 2단으로 분리하여 오염의 정도에 따라 서로 방향 전환 또는 밀어내기 방식으로 교환하여 공기청정기 필터의 수명을 연장시키게 한 것이다.
종래 공기청정기용 필터는 일체형으로서 한쪽방향으로만 조립이 가능하게 되어 있는바 즉 제5도와 같이 공기유입튜브(1)를 통하여 공기가 유입되며 유입된 공기는 에어가이드(2)를 통하여 공기청정기 내부를 회전하면서 외부필터(3)를 통하여 들어가서 다시 내부 필터(4)를 지나 엔진으로 들어가거나 제6도와 같이 유입된 공기가 에어가이드(2)를 통하여 공기청정기 내부를 회전하면서 외부필터(3)를 통하여 들어가서 다시 내부 필터(4)를 지나 엔진으로 들어가거나 제6도와 같이 유입된 공기가 에어가이드(2)를 통하여 공기청정기 내부를 회전하면서 필터(5)를 지나 엔진으로 들어간다.
이렇게 공기가 유입되는 과정에서 공기유입튜브를 통하여 유입된 공기는 에어가이드에 의해 회전하면서 제5-6도의 A구간을 통하여 외부필터나 내부필터로 들어가게 되는데 이때 B구간은 외부필터와 에어가이드 설치부분이 아주 좁은 간격으로 밀착되어 있어(#표시부위)거의 공기가 유입되지 않아 B구간은 실제로 필터의 기능을 발휘하지 못하면서 필터와 캡이 일체형으로 되어 있어 일정한 사용시간이 지나면 새것으로 교환해야 하는 비경제적인 구조이다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 제거코져 필터(6)와 캡(7)를 분리하여 양쪽방향으로 모두 조립이 가능하도록 하면서 2단 즉 외부필터(12)(12'), 내부필터(13)(13')로 분리하여 한쪽부분이 오염되었을 경우 서로 교체 또는 밀어내기식 방법으로, 새것으로 교환함으로서 종래의 일체형 필터보다 경제적인 효과가 있는 것이다.
미설명부호 8은 더스트캡, 9는 몸체, 10은 엔드플레이트, 11은 밀폐용가스켓이다.
그러므로, 본 고안은 건설중장비나 자동차용 공기청정기의 수평을 연장시킴에 따라 장비 유지관리의 비용절감에 기여하여 실용화 보급 시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 필터(6)와 켑(7)을 분리하여 양쪽방향으로 모두 조립이 가능하도록 하면서 2단즉 외부필터(12)(12'), 내부필터(13)(13')로 분리하여 필터의 한쪽부분이 오염되었을 경우 서로 교체 또는 밀어내기식 방법으로, 새것으로 교환하게함을 특징으로 하는 "2단 분리형 공기청정기용 필터".
