Claims (1)
- 염화수소의 정제방법에 있어서, 염화불화탄소(CFC) 또는 수소화 염화 불화탄소(HCFC) 제조공정에서 부생되는 할로겐화 탄화수소와 불산을 불순물로 함께 함유하고 있는 염화수소를 활성탄 흡착탑(2)과 알루미나 흡착탑(3)에 연속적으로 통과시키되 활성탄 흡착탑에서의 공간속도를 10~20hr-1으로 하고 알루미나 흡착탑의 공간속도를 100~200hr-1로 하여 상기 할로겐화 탄화수소와 불화수소를 함께 제거시키는 염화수소의 정제방법.
