Description
Claims (18)
- 실린더 내로 연료를 직접 분사하기 위한 직접 실린더 분사 밸브를 구비하며, 실린더내에서 희박 공연비의 연소에 의해 작동할 수 있는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치에 있어서,실린더의 팽창 행정 또는 배기 행정 중에 직접 실린더 분사 밸브에서 실린더 내로 연료를 분사함으로써 실린더 내에서의 희박 공연비의 연소에 생성된 희박 공연비 배기 가스의 공연비를 농후 공연비로 조정하기 위하 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단과;공연비가 조정된 이후에 배기 가스가 통과하여 흐르는 배기 가스 통로에 배치되고, 배기 가스 중에 포함된 NOX의 최소한 일부를 NH3로 전환하는 것에 의해 NH3를 생성하기 위한 NH3전환 수단과;NH3전환 수단에서의 배기 가스가 흘러 들어가는 배기 가스 통로에 배치되고, NOX를 배기 가스 중의 NH3와 반응시켜서 배기 가스 중의 NOX와 NH3의 양자를 정화하기 위한 정화 수단을 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 배기 가스의 공연비를 농후 공연비로 조정하기 위한 주기의 길이를 변화시키므로서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 팽창 또는 배기 행정 중에 직접 연료 분사가 수행되는 실린더의 숫자를 변화시키므로서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 조정된 이후의 배기 가스의 공연비 값을 변화시키므로서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 내연 기관의 운전 조건에 따라서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 흡착된 NH3또는 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 사용하여 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 흡착하고 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 환원하는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스가 희박 공연비일 때 배기 가스 내의 NOX를 흡수하며, 배기 가스의 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 NOX를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 흡착하고 흡착한 NH3또는 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 사용하여 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 환원하는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매와, 배기 가스가 희박 공연비일 때 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 흡수하며 배기 가스의 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 NOX를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, NOX흡수 환원 촉매는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매의 상류측의 배기 가스 통로에 배치되는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, NOX흡수 환원 촉매는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매의 하류측의 배기 가스 통로에 배치되는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스 중의NH3를 흡착하고 흡착한 NH3또는 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 사용하여 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 환원하는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 내연기관으로부터 방출된 NOX의 양에 따라서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 흡착하고 흡착된 NH3또는 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 사용하여 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 환원하는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 내연 기관으로부터 방출된 NOX의 양에 따라서 NH3전환 수단에 의해서 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스가 희박 공연비 상태일 때 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 흡수하며, 배기 가스의 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 NOX를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 내연 기관으로부터 배출된 NOX의 양에 따라서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성되는 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스가 희박 공연비 상태일 때 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 흡수하며, 배기 가스 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 NOX를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스의 공연비 조정 수단은 내연 기관으로부터 배출된 NOX의 양에 따라서 NH3전환 수단에 의해 생성된 NH3의 양을 제어하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 흡착하고 흡착한 NH3또는 배기 가스 중의 NH3를 사용하여 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 환원하는 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 NH3흡착 탈질산 촉매 중에 흡착된 NH3의 양이 소정의 값 보다 작은 값으로 될 때 농후 공연비 상태로 배기 가스를 조정하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정화 수단은 배기 가스가 희박 공연비일 때 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 흡수하며, 배기 가스의 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 NOX를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하며, 배기 가스 공연비 조정 수단은 NOX흡수 환원 촉매가 소정 값 보다 큰 값으로 될 때 농후 공연비 상태에서 배기가스를 조정하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, NH3전환 수단은 3원 환원 및 산화 촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, NH3전환 수단은 배기 가스가 희박 공연비 상태일 때 배기 가스 중의 NOX를 흡수하며, 배기 가스 중의 공연비가 농후 공연비로 될 때 흡수한 NOX를 방출하고 이를 환원하는 NOX흡수 환원 촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
